I received a futon bunk bed today that I ordered. Bill was the delivery driver, he was very friendly and pleasant. He greeted myself and my dog very professional. I worked in retail for 40 years, and customer service is hard to find. But Bill was very helpful and put it where I asked him to. He was very customer service friendly, which means a lot to me now days. I was very impressed with him today. So I would like to Thank him very much for his great service. SEKO was the company that delivered a furniture order I had placed through World Market. John was very warm and professional quickly setting up a delivery time with me after he had called and left a message. My delivery driver Bill was the best! He gave me a call before delivering and was speedy! He was so nice and even chatted while doing some heavy lifting! I have worked with other logistic companies in the past, and even though my interactions were very brief I could tell that the employees care about representing their company and that speaks volumes! Thank you!

This company has been horrible to deal with. They lost our TV and after a month was able to locate it. It came broken and it took them a week for a pick up time it was supposed to be picked up this morning between 9 am and 11 am. Called them at noon. They said they'd be here within half an hour it's currently 2 and still nothing. Never been so frustrated with a shipping company before

SEKO SLC delivered my new couches yesterday. Keith was so nice and helpful. I got a courtesy call from him when he was about 30 minutes from my home so that I would know when to expect him. He had the couches unloaded, and put them where it was most convenient for me. He even gave me tips on the easiest way to unbox them. Thank you so much!

This company has a very poor standard for shipping things on time, mind you I am only 5 hours away from their facility and they have waited over two weeks to ship my package. Their customer service isn’t helpful and I still have not received any updates. We are going on over two weeks now and I will not be using them again.

Ned the delivery man from SEKO did a great job this morning with the delivery of our new tread mill. It was heavy and very awkward to manage. He managed to get the tread mill up 7 steps to our front door which was amazing!!! He was very friendly and courteous. You can send him with deliveries for our house anytime..
