HORRIBLE!!!!! If I could leave no stars I would! Live in Rocksprings and they only delivery out on Tuesdays & Thursdays. Miss this Tuesday and today (Thursday) because "they didn't have a driver" and failed to call both days and tell us no delivery!! Wasted 2 days of work waiting on this delivery. Only option is to meet a driver in Del Rio tomorrow (Friday) and pay more money out of pocket or wait for first delivery Monday morning and miss another day of work in the process. Absolutely horrible service!!!

Delivery was supposed to happen on a Monday and they never showed up, never called. I called the company on Tuesday they said it would be out later Tuesday, they never showed up, never called. I called the company that I initially did the business with to let them know my product had not been delivered.
Wednesday I get a call from southeastern freight saying they will deliver on Thursday. During that call I explained what has gone on and the person on the phone said two people had called me, not true. Take your business elsewhere if you have a choice.

They were supposed to deliver a package to my home Monday between 10-2. I signed up to get notifications of transit. 1pm came around and still hadn't gotten any notifications so I called them. They informed me only then, that my package did not make it on the truck because they didn't know where it was. Meanwhile, I had taken time off work and nobody had the decency to call me and let me know. That was yesterday, and I still haven't received an update from them.

The shipment was picked up from the shipper right on time. I could trace it the whole way. They delivered as planned. The driver was very helpful and had a great attitude. This is the best experience I had ever had in 40 years of using LTL carriers.

If I could give them less than one star I would. Been waiting for my package since the first of May. They've had the package for weeks and didn't send it to me until I called them. When I called, they were holding it due to "reassignment" i.e. Sending it to another address even though I never requested that. Had to call them THREE DIFFERENT TIMES to make sure that my package would be delivered even though I was promised it would be. I will make it a point to never use these guys again and to not buy from anyone who does.

Good company , very bad management & staff in the office , dock management & loaders, except for a few individuals. There's a lot of favoritism & when those who are highly favored don't want to do certain tasks , its reassigned to another driver. They say it's no seniority when there's additional task to be done , but those task will be pushed onto junior drivers by dispatch while everyone else goes home . Regardless of what time it is & dispatch is a complete utter joke with no true knowledge of the freight business. Management is complacent & corporate is aware of this behavior. This is why this company will always have a revolving door & continue too lose drivers. Pathetic
