We used Sedona Gold Menu to cater pizza for a golf event in the VOC and everything was great! The pizza was excellent, lots of great toppings. The price was right and the delivery was on time. So much better than ordering from Dominos. Will definitely be using this service again!

Excellent service!
My girlfriend and I order from them probably twice a week. They’re website and app are super easy to use, and the food always arrives still hot. When I call the delivery driver with questions, they are always really friendly and helpful.

This does not seem like a professional service and I would not recommend using them. I placed an order through them for Fresh & Natural Thai Kitchen. When I arrived an hour later, they said they were too busy and could not make my order. They said Sedona Gold would issue me a refund. I did not get it and when I called the Thai restaurant, they blamed Sedona Gold. I emailed Sedona Gold and did not get a reply. They don't have a customer service phone number so I had to hunt down the owner's phone number, and why I got a hold of him he blamed Thai Restaurant. Why is the customer stuck in between? Why not resolve the issue quickly and work on improving the process and communication with your restaurants? I never got a refund and had to call my bank to dispute and investigate the transaction and need to wait to get my money back.

I was referred to Sedona Gold Menus by Karen's Bakery as I needed a vegan birthday cake delivered to an Air BnB on a specific date and time. I was able to speak directly to the delivery driver to confirm the order, then on the day of delivery she text me, followed the delivery instructions perfectly, and made sure that the cake and cupcakes were secure at the Air BnB. She text me a photo of where she delivered everything and thanked me for the business. Such professional and courteous service. If I find myself back in the Sedona area, I'll definitely be using Sedona Gold Menus again!
