I'm asking and in my opinion consumers should use every means necessary to avoid using their services. They were extremely rude to me and refused to deliver my refrigerator from their facility to my address which is only 30 minutes from their location. I also filed a federal Trade commission charge against them. I looked at other reviews and others say the same thing i do and they have cost me alot of mental anquish and alot of time and money. They even sent my refrigerator back to walmart causing me to have to reorder it at a higher cost. I have every reason to file a lawsuit against them for this and will be filing one against them. They do not tell the truth and are deceptive. Please avoid this facility at all cost and use every tool at your disposal to let others know. I will be going to social media accounts to get the word out. Help me do so. Thank you.

I live in an area that's a little hard to get to by truck, as it's off the Blue Ridge Parkway and on a golf course. Big Rigs can't get here. Large deliveries have to be made by box truck with lift gates, and they need to take an alternate route. I had a few failed attempts, with other companies, with the delivery and subsequent return of a fireplace order gone wrong. Security Transport was called by these other carriers each time to get the job done. The office staff is polite and helpful, and the driver Kenneth is the best! He arrived on time, took great care of my shipment, and followed my detailed instructions to the letter. Great company. Highly recommend!

We had a delivery they refused to deliver until a thursday making them have our shipment for 2 more days. We went to the dock and picked it up. We get charged a residential fee when they deliver it to our warehouse. We tried getting our fee removed becuase they didn't deliver it and they refused to refund the residential fee.

Was told product would be delivered 23-Dec. Was called afternoon the 23 saying would be delayed until 27th and would call me 26 to set up time. No call today so called and found out they are closed today and product "should" be delivered 29-Dec. I am sure they might bother to call me and say wont get it until after new year.
I was flat out lied to by Mike in shipping. FU Mike

I called them and spent time talking with them and they finally did tell me the product would be delivered on the 27th. It was and the driver was professional and courteous.

Delivered to a local business I use for custom orders, but they didn't call to advise me they had arrived. One of the local business workers seen my number and called, being he knew me. However if that one employee wasn't on the site the other workers were gonna send it back because the delivery driver couldn't follow basic instructions to call before arrival. Had he did that id gave 5 stars. On the other hand if the local worker had not read and seen my name and number, the entire shipment woulda went back to their terminal.
