I loved my first experience here, they gave us great service and are extremely helpful. They drove us around and let us choose our storage units. We were offered good deals for our size, it would have been more expensive. We both loved that they did that!! I like that I can leave and know my units will be well protected! There is someone always there.

I had an excellent experience renting with them over this past year. I’d also love to give Kelly a personal shoutout for her exceptional customer service!! She helped make the move out process extremely smooth and had me in and out in no time! I just wanna say...that I received a red carpet experience. Everybody was so nice and patient and understanding. Ana made me feel really comfortable. The other young lady that works with Ana ( I didn't get her name ) she was fabulous.
Storage was neat and clean. I had to change to a bigger unit... Ana made everything nice and easy. I definitely recommend this storage company to everyone!

I recently moved out because I finally got a place. The customer service was amazing from both Ana and Simonet. The grounds are always kept clean, they have reasonable prices, but most important what i like the most was how safe I felt leaving my belongings stored here. They have alarms on all the units and they have an on-site manager. I have referred my friends and family to the shaw location.

I used this facility for around 8 months for my business storage, in between moving office spaces. I was there really often, and Ana and Zimonet were very helpful with whatever I needed. Would recommend.
