The parking makes this place
Difficult to enter and exit. Plus there is a lot of construction on both sides of the building. Along with the one way traffic on 500 s. Makes this place a 1 star for me.

Walked in about 20 min before closing and Robert was very friendly and took great care of me. He also walked with me to the keypad to make sure my pin would unlock the door.

Michelle is an absolute delight
I only see her 2 days a week and this busts ass!!!! she is always cleaning the restrooms and the lobby

Literally had no problem with this place until we moved out. The woman that works there is super weird and blocked us from getting our stuff.

Basically we moved into a bigger apartment and we no longer needed a storage unit. So I went to our unit and started grabbing big stuff while I had a uhaul.

The lady working up front saw us moving stuff and came out and asked if we were moving out. I said yes, soon in the next few days.

She told us that we would need to pay our bill since it was a new month. I said sure fine. I've never been late on our bill, I always go online and pay it.

Then I tried to get back in the building and my access code as be "denied"

I go in and ask her what's going on. She said

"I don't feel comfortable with you having access to your stuff until you pay your bill"

When I asked her if I was late she said "no, but she wants us to pay our bill before we move anything else out"

SHE LITERALLY WOULD NOT LET US GET OUR STUFF UNLESS WE PAID OUR BILL RIGHT THEN AND THERE EVEN THOUGH WE WEREN'T LATE OR BEHIND ON OUR BILL.

Then, after we paid. We continued. Moving stuff she would take our carts we were using and put them back to where they go even though we were using them.

We were moving a big mattress and using a cart to hold open a door. She took the cart right in front of us that was holding a door open and put it back where it goes and let the door shut on us.

She was being petty the whole rest of the day while I only had the uhaul for a few hours.

She literally gave us issues for no reason. Held our stuff hostage even though we never were late or behind on our bill and I even said I'd pay my bill online.

If you see this lady, don't deal with her. The guy that works there is great. He's a big help. But I will not ever use this place again because of that lady. She made moving out a pain when I only had a uhaul and help for a few hours. I have no idea what her issue is.

The lady was very nice when I checked in.She explained everything and showed me my bill.Everything was perfect Except I don't like how you had to walk around the counter to sign They should have a block out front for you to Sign your signature.You should not I repeat not Have to walk around the desk to sign the Computer?

Rep did a great job at getting taken care of in a timely manner. Was very friendly and I feel that my stuff is now in a secure spot.
