Have had a rental contract for three months or so and get an email notifying me the rates went up 50%, from $206 to $305!!! No wonder the spaces are 75% empty. That is a scam move to increase that quickly, absolutely ridiculous. Went today to check on my space, and kids are riding ATV’s all around in between trailer spaces. Seems nobody is ever in the office when I go as well. Watch your stuff for damage, I take pictures every time I go. I am moving my unit out ASAP!!!! 📌 **And they didn't even respond when asked to contact them about this review, just a canned response that "upper management" will contact you. 👎

Having many storage units over the decades, this particular location is and has been THE BEST experience. Cody has been extremely helpful, above and beyond, any time I have needed to call. Great location, super friendly customer focused staff, clean and safe property... also, the 'climate controlled' units are actually that, consistent temps and such, which can be crucial in AZ if you are storing antiques, art, etc.

No one manning the leasing office at 1:30 pm. Main number is automated and then hangs up on you. Property manager leaves a sign on the door then refuses to answer their cell phone. They must really not want people’s business that badly.
