This place has been the worts storage in jamul....the restroom has been out of services for more than three weeks....my father had to go to the restroom and the guy working there told him that he has to go to target....so what are we paying for...arent wee paying for the service too and by the way the gate
does not fuction so its open all day too....dont recoment it guys

Used three other storage facilites in the past and i have to say this location is by far the best that i used. Awesome staff here! Mandy was kind and professional, thank you for all your help. Highly recommend this storage facility if your looking!

When we moved to the Rancho SD area 2 years ago we acquired a storage unit here.
It’s nice enough for a fairly new storage facility.
There were some issues with their auto pay service and the biggest issue is the multiple rent increases during our time renting.
The office staff always apologized but stated there was nothing to be done - ‘corporate’ was responsible for the rate increases.
I signed up during a promo and got a decent rate - for a couple months but the current increase has a unit going for over $200 a month yet the same unit for a new renter is on promo for a fraction of the cost for 2 months and the advertised price after that is STILL much less than half the cost of what our increase will be costing us!
There is no loyalty to established customers from this company.
They recently expanded and added MORE storage units, yet when I spoke with the call center I was told lesser availability meant higher rates - but now there’s even more than when we started!
We’re done.
We gave notice and are moving our stuff out - not worth the constant increases when they have made no changes to justify the rate increase to long time customers - and new costumers get such great rates….
I gave 2 stars because the facilities are physically good. Just their prices are out of control.

I’ve been storing here for about 3 years now & couldn’t be more pleased with the new management staff! Mandy is great! Every time I come in, she’s out cleaning the property; or coming to ask if she can be of assistance. Property hours are amazing, and plenty of security surveillance. Phenomenal property to store at!

I did all my homework and shopped around to over a dozen different Storage Facilities in the area and this was and is by far the best deal! Super friendly staff and very nice and clean Facility! I had the pleasure of getting everything set up thru Vic! Great guy and will absolutely get you the best deal out there! I would 10 out of 10 recommend this to anyone that is looking to get a unit to store their belongings! If you stop by ask for Vic and he will sort you out for sure!

Mandy was awesome and helped me so much after a very trying day/week! The unit is clean and ready for all my things to be added; just waiting on some racks I ordered to do this right. The access is great, anytime I need something I can get to it. And, I love the location of my unit--very convenient!

Mandy! This place is always easy to work have used them twice over the years with multiple units at a time. I lost my debit card and she was so nice and helpful with getting it back to me in a timely manner. Rancho SecureSpace is great👍🏻🥳
