The entire process was smooth. You can book and pay to reserve your unit online. You don’t need to worry about buying a lock because they provide one. And checking in in person really simple as well. This place is soooo nice and clean! So convenient. I saw it online and decided to drive over there to see it in person because I drive down Avalon all the time but couldn’t picture this building. It’s a hidden gem for sure. The lady at the desk name was Shanice who was super pleasant! She was very patient with me cuz I had a million questions lol. She also gave me a tour of the facility. I love that they offer restrooms for customers as well because I sometimes spend hours in my storage organizing. I feel extra safe knowing they offer 24 hour security on foot as well. Can’t wait to move in!

I was going to get a storage here until I over heard all the problems this woman was having and the attitude of the guy helping her. I’m big on customer service, and it wasn’t there. I’ll rather deal with the other location that charge way more.
