My contractor was the first to let me know how much he appreciated the helpful, professional interaction he had with Seating Innovations when he first installed my seats. He had never done this kind of installation before and it was great to have a but of Q&A avaiable. Today, I needed help with adjustment of a couple of seats and it was more than I was able to do on my own. The support team was amazingly responsive and helpful so our bar is now back and open for business. My kids are happy to come back to breakfast in the kitchen. They love the suspended seats for how easy it is to get from refrigerator to mouth. I love that there are no bar stools that I have to move when I clean floors and no bar stools blocking our exit from the house. I very highly recommend these suspended seats and particularly this company.

Midway through the process of building our new home we found Seating Innovations. As soon as I looked at their website I knew they had a product that I wanted in my home. We bought the chairs for our bar area around the kitchen. Upon the seats arriving I was not disappointed in the quality of their product. The stools are everything their website said they were. Working with Dana in the company was a wonderful experience also she was very quick to return calls and was very helpful with anything I needed. Cannot say enough good about this company. Wish working with all the vendors that I dealt with had been as great an experience as what it was working with seating innovations. These seats are some of the most favorite seats in our house. Normally when I have company over, it seems the ladies always end up in the kitchen. The wooden chairs on our table were about 27 years old and were beginning to wear out. Hoping to find a chair style that grandchildren would not catch an arm or leg in, we opted for a metal back chair with a wood seat. The chairs were painted white to match the legs on our table. The personnel at Seating Innovations were great to work with and did a beautiful job of painting, finishing and installing. While the seats are not quite as comfortable as our previous chairs, they are comfortable enough for both children and adults and they are sturdy and durable. I do wish the chairs were more rounded on the lower corners, but I still love the ease of cleaning underneath, the nice look, and always having chairs where they should be.
