Hours of operation UNTIL 10PM most days. Had to clarify this as google maps shows 5pm. They work longer hours than that for shipping/receiving. Was able to get loaded up 13 pallets in 30 minutes. All docks were also full for pickup (#18-29). Receiving 1-10. Box trucks recommended to pallet jack your freight.

For receiving, come in from Carnation St, pull up to the gate, ring the button. Pull up through the gate and pick a dock, 1-10 only. Go into the man door (5) that's in my picture to check in. It's right next to dock one. Itt can get very busy and there isn't a lot of extra room for trucks not getting loaded or unloaded. Enough room to dock and that's about it, no extra parking inside the gates.

One star because I was given an 8am appointment time and was advised they didn't have room in warehouse to unload me until after 1pm. But they have had about nine or ten of their own trucks in, unloaded and out in the 2 hours I've been waiting so far.

Appt was 4pm checked in 345pm was loaded and out by 7pm. The good thing was loader came out to explain they will be delayed because they were waiting on a response if they were adding more shipment to florida. Thats great communication there. As soon as you arrive at gate you got to buzz in and they give you a dock right away and will have to check in at man door by dock 1. They were quick to load up do cant complain. Good place overall. Just be courteous when you see other trucks backing as you may be blocking dock waiting for your turn to back.

Not the best over here. Had to wait almost 2 hours to get served. Don't get me wrong the warehouse is really nice looking but the dock workers could do ALOT better. It's a very lazy place.

They are real professional manner. You get there they let you in true the gate. Set your truck up by a door. Take the paper work in the office ( check in). And you are in and out in an hour or less. I Really appreciate their professional and timely work.
