Came in right around 6pm needed help in the meet department and there was someone there cleaning he just yelled at me We are closed! 6 pm? Wow can't even get off work and shop.Went to deli where I stood for over 15 minutes waiting for service and got none.Left the store and went to food for less No waiting in the meat department there,no getting yelled at by employees and the prices were about half of Savemart Employees were all friendly at food 4 less.I guess they appreciate their customers, they don't make them feel unwelcome in the store at all.If Savemart doesn't want our money they should just close its ridiculous to be treated badly for shopping in a store!

Hello guys I am upset I went to save mart earlier to withdraw some money I went to a register a guy named Jose was working at as I'm there ready to withdraw money he goes to the ladies that's working and start talking to them for a while and then comes back to me and going to tell me I can't come in line because yesterday I walked off with groceries which was not true I was in a bay area at family house for Thanksgiving I made a big ass scene in the store and said how dare you accuse me of stealing and I wasn't here let me see the cameras then let me see the cameras then after the fact he going to try to call me in the back room and say I apologize it wasn't you it was another black girl but she didn't have piercings like you I am still livid I have never been accused of such a thing in life I work hard to be where I'm at I want his job and I can't wait till Monday to talk to the manager cuz I am very upset just venting about the situation I spent thousands in that store and to be accused of stealing from somebody like that is really wild I can tell he knew he messed up but still it's a little bit too late to apologize to accuse me of something just for the color of my skin he do not need to be working there at all I'm literally thinking about taking legal action to sue him for defamation of character in a public place due to the fact this is not right and he put me through emotional distress but accusing me of something that I did not do

The only thing I go to Savemart for is the bakery. Their prices are just ridiculous for anything else but at this point I’ve been disappointed twice with my cakes, it’s very simple an image that is meant to be on top of the cake should cover the entire top of the cake and I specifically ask for the writing on top of the cake and they keep putting it on the side of the cake which in my opinion looks ridiculous and to top it off I’m asking for specific colors and they don’t use those colors they just do whatever they feel is best and I’m really tired of it. I pre-pay for my cakes so there’s not really anything they can do about it if I don’t like it plus the manager is a complete jerk so I don’t even want to get into it with him I saw him yell at an elderly employee over not dragging a riding cart from the back of the parking lot to the front door. I really think Savmarts cakes are the best flavor wise we have in town but at this point I’ll be going to Walmart because at least they care about decorating it the way it looks in their pictures and I don’t have to see any employees getting screamed at over something so trivial

This is sad for a store that doesn't care when they are loseing customers when they are trying to get ham at the delis customers are just walking away So sad I've spoken to managers many times . I've brought it to their attention about their ham being rotten . Especially the low sodium turkey breast .. I've told them low sodium turkey breast will go bad quickly because it has less salt.... After returning six times that ham they finally got it.. but the service is so bad. Sometimes we just walk away . And just buy ham somewhere else ...Not just me all Los Banos. Last four customers just walked away cuz they were waiting for so long plus me that's five customers walking away.. And the funny thing nobody cares at the store 😆😆🤣 And I mean No one Care's 🤣😆

I like to go there early in the morning due to no crowds. When you go early you don't get any help. Went to the deli this morning and had a very rude lady. I left due to she never helped me and I waited for 10 mins. for her to come back. Don't know what is going on with this store, not like it use to be.

Have seen bad meat on displayed at times. They discriminate on specific type of IDs for alcohol sales, alcohol laws are pretty straight, valid government issued ID. The lady tried to give me a fake story about my ID not being in the system, what system is that dmv? Federal? They just are not very honest or straight forward when it comes to this. Lost a customer for sure.
