Pizza is really good. I got it delivered and it was hot and fresh when it arrived. My only complaint is I customized both my pizzas (removed 1 ingredient from each) and they were both wrong. Not the end of the world but order accuracy could be better

Update 3/2024: Ordered for delivery while in Illinois and the experience was just as great as the first time. The young woman who took our order was patient, kind and very accommodating. She read back our order for accuracy and totally nailed it. Delivery was fast and when it arrived it was delicious, hot, fresh and accurate! The delivery person delivered with a smile and an amazing personality.

We enjoyed EVERY delectable morsel and this is definitely a "go to" spot for us when we visit the Northbrook, Illinois area. Highly recommend this establishment! They are delicious, affordable and consistent with the quality of food and customer service experience they offer.

Terrible customer service here.

Their system glitched and didn’t confirm the first order that was made. I checked my order history and there was nothing in my account, so I placed a second order which was confirmed to go through. The delivery person then shows up with both orders.

I tried to speak to the manager to refund the initial order, but they refused and only after telling them that it was a system glitch on their end. Did they only offer 50% of a refund on the first order.

I order from this business quite a lot and told them that. (they are very able to look at my order history in the system) but that didn’t really seem to bother them that they would be losing a loyal customer.

I’m not sure where people‘s business acumen, or treating their customers with respect has gone, but when your system makes an error, you provide a refund. I didn’t even want the pizza.

Delicious. Really great crust and fresh ingredients. The Canadian classic was a great mix of meats with the perfect amount of sauce and cheese to compliment.

Will be returning. Easy to order online and pick up was easy.
