The gas pump drove me nuts. Because it asked me for my phone number for my reward. Do this do that? I was like what the heck I just want gas !!
I almost said forget it and then I gave it one more try and finally, I was able to use my card just for gas. I do not like being badgered for my information just to pay them for gasoline if they give me a 10% discount then I will play their game if they give me 1 gallon of gas for free, I will play their game, but if I get nothing out of playing their game, I don’t wanna play. I live in Wisconsin that gas station is in Illinois. There is no Sapp Brothers in Wisconsin. I go through that area maybe twice a year it does not pay for me to be involved in their loyalty program. So I guess I should not go to these stations any longer. I may not go to the Sap brothers station when I’m in that area just because of the story I just gave. But as far as gas and the quality, it was wonderful it worked great. My vehicle did not pay did not knock nothing it ran through the vehicle just fine.

Cleanest bathroom on I 80! The gas station is always great to fill up in as a favorite of our family. I do miss the Burger King and Subway as it used to be a lot more convenient to get food.

I love this place. I look forward to their corn dogs! They have a lounge upstairs that has a TV, tables, microwave, and laundry. Has a Burger king attached it has a drive thru. They have clothes, gifts, and fudge. The women's bathroom also has bidet's.

Was here a few years ago and had a bad experience , since then they have a new Manager in the shop , awesome guy who makes sure you ate taken care of properly. Manager Russ in my opinion is a great asset to the Sapp Bros chain. Also shop is now open 7 days a week open until 11pm and if not finished with your truck will stay late to finish the work as they know that if your wheels ain't turning you ain't earning. With Russ on the job they will get my business back. Thanks to the whole crew.

This is the best coffee on the interstate. Along with a great truck stop menu, and related shopping. Been at the Plank road exit on I-80 long before the Loves and Speedways.

Stopped for gas and lunch.burgerking is closed on weekends?
The lady behing the counter is to busy taking about physical therapy..hmm
Just bought a water and moved on...update got gas again and no printed receipts.the lazy employees here are incredible...update. go here to get gas because 5 cents cheeper then across the street.pumps won't take debit cards as credit card.i don't want to put my pin in thier pump.so I guess so I guess even more of a reason not to go to Sapp bros...

Every time we come in on morning shift, they are outstanding, friendly, and helpful. That shift get 10+ stars.
Second shift, gets no stars. There's one cashier that doesn't do anything but glare at you the whole time your in there, doesn't give you a the coffee discount if you fuel, and isn't friendly at all. I'll wait to have a different cashier wait on me.
