Had a great experience with them. Shipped 2 cases of wine. They provided packaging and did all the packing. It was delivered quickly and safely. Highly recommend. We were looking for a place to ship wine in a pinch and they were amazing!

Easiest shipping experience. I had to ship a leased work laptop and charger and they didn't send me a return box or any instructions just an emailed return label.

Should be noted, im terrible at shipping. I have zero idea how to do anything to make sure stuff is safe. Stresses me out. Im always worried it's going to be damaged or not get to the right place.

It was super easy here and I'm 100% confident it will get there perfect.
Plus they are really nice, its easy to find, and they have a neat fish tank

Needed to package a guitar case so I visited these people assuming they specialized in packaging according to the name of the business being Santa Rosa Custom Packaging. When I made the request to package only as I would be shipping a very rare and expensive guitar at a later date I was told I was being rude for asking for packaging only and not shipping also. Maybe these people need to step outside and read the sign over the door that says Santa Rosa CUSTOM PACKAGING. I'll never go back there again!!!

Good selection of boxes. A little expensive compared to on-line vendors but you don't need to buy 10 of one size if you only need one or two. They will also pack and ship for you if you want.
