We were in San Angelo visiting from out of town for my husbands work. We heard about this local delivery service and gave it a try on our last morning here. The order was placed and within the hour (I would say 45minutes tops) the food was delivered to our hotel door by someone named Sabrina, she was kind with a lovely smile. The food was still hot! I even messed up the address, realized after I placed the order, made a phone call and it was adjusted promptly. No issues were encountered. Its great to support local, I would definitely use this service again if we ever stop here again.

I am over 14 hours from TX but I wanted to do something for my son, who did not come home for the holidays. I didn't have the address of the location that food could be dropped off for him. I called several restaurants in the area to try to get information on delivery services. Most of the restaurants I called did not use delivery services but one of them mentioned San Angelo to go. Delivery service said it was a local business. So I tried to call them and no one answered but it led me to send a message through their social media so I did that. But in the meantime someone called me back. She was so delightful and very very helpful. She knew where I needed to send it as I'm sure they get orders all the time there but was helpful in assuring me that it would get there and all things would be fine. So I use their services and they were wonderful and it made me so happy and I could still track it and see where it was 14 hours away. I highly recommend them for their services. Thank you guys for making my day a little better because I got to make my son's day a little better.

I use this service often because most local restaurants are only on this delivery service. The employees are great never had any problem with a driver. Always great communication and fast food. My only vice is that the price on San Angelo to go of menu items are more expensive than if you go to that restaurant. So per menu item, the total is more. Once I figured it out it’s between 10-15$ more, sometimes it’s not worth it.

SanAngelo To Go is my favorite delivery service in San Angelo. Most deliveries are flawless, and when an order is messed up they go fix it ASAP! Also, shout out to Jacqueline and Shelly and the other drivers who always double check my complicated Starbucks orders you're all the best!

This is a review based on our experiences over a period of time ordering from Chili's via San Angelo To Go. We have had multiple issues over the past few months with regards to Chili's especially when ordering through San Angelo To Go. Tonight (11APR2018) was the worst yet. We ordered a Margarita Flatbread and a Salad. The Margarita Flatbread was soaked in what appeared to be a ranch sauce that was also all over the packaging and in the bag. We notified San Angelo To Go and described our issue. They sent a new one out and while it took over an hour to receive it we were happy to have a new flatbread. The Flatbread came in 3 carryout boxes, One containing the toppings and the other 2 containing each half of the flatbread. The problem is both halves of the flatbread were completely bare and somewhat soggy bread. We will be contacting management at both Chili's and San Angelo To Go. This is not what we ordered and we have now been waiting for several hours to eat. This was intended to be a quiet night where we didn't have to cook or do dishes where we could relax for the first time in weeks. I expect better of both San Angelo To Go and Chili's. When we are giving you our hard earned money we expect you to give us something decent. I am not looking for perfection. But it seems as though you can't even manage decent. Sorry for the late review but shout out to Charlotte (!) who lugged a lot of delicious food to my book club party! All of it hot and in perfect condition! [Thank you to my son for ordering for me--though I didn't think it would be a good experience.] It was great experience and will do it again!
