Cheapest gas in Clearwater. I like Costco Hot Dog combo better the hot dog at Costco has a big soft bun the Sam's club hot dog is smaller and doesn't taste as good. Costco doesn't want non members using their snack bar they scan your membership with a handheld scanner as you enter the store

Sam’s Club our go to at Pinellas Park, everything is neat well organize, super friendly staff, and always willing to help you find what you’re looking for…I’ve never had a bad shopping experience at this location.
I want to give a shoutout to Amuria that was on checkout/cash…she is what you call an SPECTACULAR EMPLOYEE!!! A wonderful warm personality and a great sense of humour, also very helpful and efficient, we all need an Amuria on our team…A-1 customer service skills and thank-you for making our shopping experience a pleasurable one 😊🙄

Didn’t even scan my membership. When I left didn’t even scan my receipt on things I purchased on over 100 worth of items. They did not used to be like this. Everyone was nice but wanted to say … what happened. Didn’t scan my membership on the way in or my receipt on the way out I was like huh … my people used to work for this location so i was shocked 😳I was like ok.

I went to sam's club to order a pizza to go have lunch with my grandson at school. I got there at 11:30 and his lunch was at 12:00. The guy said 7 to 15 minutes. So I said, well, I better just go ahead and place the order. I sat down on the front table, looking right at the counter. At 11:55 I asked what happened to my pizza? What appeared to be the cafe manager told me the girl called out my number and put the pizza in the warmer. Now granted, i'm sitting here the whole time on the first table, and i'm watching the cafe manager running in and out of the cafe, i believe she was restocking the soda machine. I told her, I said, I've been setting right here the whole time on the very first table, she didn't call out my number. She told me, yes she did over and over. It's bad enough that they dropped the ball and I didn't make it in time to have lunch with my grandson, but to sit there and lie to my face about it too. Too bad, sam's doesn't seem to care how they're staffed talks to their customers.

Not happy!!! You have stuff on sale and it's only if you shop in-store....fine!! But checkout and look at your receipt and nope!! It didn't give you the $6.30 savings!!! OR ANY OTHER DISCOUNT. When asked about at customer service dept. Oh that's only with the scan and go service....WHAT THE!! Guess I'll check into Costco instead!!

I have never had such a bad experience. Sam’s Club member for 15+ years and I will not be renewing as the pharmacist decided to not provide me with my daily medication even though my doctor sent my prescription to them and called to confirm that it was correct and needed to be filled. I quote the pharmacist, “You need to visit Sam’s Club more often for us to fill that for you.” Sir that is not how this works. I pay for the membership, I shop there regularly. This was my first and last experience using the Sam’s Club pharmacy on Park. Horrible customer service.

Currently at the Sams Club and just watched a young lady who seemed to be a manager absolutely berate an older employee over something as trivial as a lunch break, and then loudly gossip about it to another employee, all THROUGH the line of customers. Absolutely awful behavior from manager, she should be ashamed. If you need to speak with your employees, have some respect. And do NOT do this in front of customers!!!

Nick from the tire and battery section needs additional team or help. He looks overly stressed and is always working alone. This shows the management doesn’t care for this man or the customers he has to serve. He is capable and good at his job but can’t handle it all by himself. We have to wait like crazy because he is looking to give his best to every customer who is talking with him but the it’s a big wait time. Do something about it please!
