I first Want to say that We have been a customer for 19 years. We are on our 4th refrigerator with them and have really been pleased with all services we have had with them. Including getting repairs. Up until this weekend. Repairs were off. My refridgerator was still broken. So I gave them the benefit of the doubt. And we ended up purchasing another fridge. Took longer for delivery. Food has spoiled. Still I am okay. Until i noticed that the bottle of Patron was missing. That i saw that morning sitting on the table. I went and checked my boxes out front Sure enough there’s two missing. I went and I checked my cameras. The Delivery guys decided to help themselves to my Stuff. Again, I called them. Bring my stuff back and I won’t press charges. They lady defends her workers and I have proof. I see with my eyes on my camera them loading my boxes. Now I'm angry. They can catch a charge. And you will never get a dime from us again. And recommendations will never come from our house Again. Keep customers happy

I love my fridge that I bought from Sam's Appliances. I first heard about Sam's from two different people, when I moved out here to Palmdale, who said they had a great experience. I on the other hand,was kind of skeptical to buy a used fridge. I took my chance and I'm glad I did!!! I got my fridge delivered straight to my house the same day! It keeps my food cold and its a good looking fridge! Sam's whole team are really great and prices are affordable. I am now going to purchase a washing machine and dryer from Sam's Appliances. 5 stars!

I have lived around the corner from Sam's for 14 years. I have wanted to check them out but my old appliances were doing fine. A year ago when I ran into a problem I couldn't fix I got my chance. At 1st I was going to let them fix my old dryer but my wife said she would like something newer more Modern. They had just the thing and gave us a good price for our old washer and dryer.

I was so happy, I bought back our old washer and another dryer to give to my son as a house warming gift. Now our daughter is getting a new place and my wife has outgrown the Modern set we bought, we are going to donate them to her and get a Newer Old Styled Washer and Dryer.

Sam's was the 1st and only place I thought of.

Sam’s Appliances both sold and delivered to me a used Whirlpool washer and dryer set just recently. I purchased the appliances on Friday the 15th and had them delivered the next day. My first point of contact was Maria, and she was helpful as I asked her a million questions about the product, the service, and the 2-month warranty which is something you don’t get when purchasing from places like Craigslist. I am the kind of person who likes to see things for myself before I decide my opinion. Anyway I had already done some comparison shopping to other local businesses in the AV. The purchase decision was 100% mine alone since I would be the only one paying, so I was on a budget, plus I did not want to be stuck paying a monthly financing fee as I would have if I had purchased my washer and dryer brand new since new sets are so expensive! Also buying used means I am recycling, so that is environmentally friendly.

Maria showed me the different washer and dryer sets available at the shop’s location in Littlerock, CA. She explained to me what made some of the appliances superior to others and why some cost more. I was able to inspect each device before deciding what to buy, and even though I had many questions, she answered all of them. I also had a unique situation in which I needed it installed during certain times since I myself actually operate my own music teaching business from my home, and I could not have the appliances delivered while I was in the middle of teaching a music lesson. Maria assured me that she would send the installer technician at the right time and even narrowed down the time slot for me to be sure that the delivery and installation did not impact my business.

The installer technician Sam was prompt on his arrival and also friendly like Maria. He also educated me on the washer and dryer and the safety of them. And since I had no clue what parts to buy, Maria made sure to send Sam the proper hookups like the drain hose, the hot and cold water hoses, the exhaust pipe, and the gas pipe. Please forgive me if I used the incorrect terminology! Also Sam made sure that everything fit properly in my laundry room with enough clearance for the appliances AND even made sure that my cat’s hotel fit in there too.

What I like about Sam’s Appliances is the personalized service and the fact that not only do they sell the appliances but they repair them too. They are professional and local, and as someone who is also an owner of a business myself I like to support the other local businesses in my area.

I would highly recommend that if you are in need of a used appliance and don’t want to risk being burned on Craigslist just go to Sam’s Appliances. The price is unbeatable; I looked everywhere and could not find anything with a good price and also able to accommodate all of my requests. Also they offer service in both English and Spanish. And even if you’re like me and know nothing about how to install a washer and dryer just leave it to them; they will charge a very competitive rate for installation and parts.

I already ran my washer and dryer three times; all of my clothes are clean, smell good, and are dry! I would be happy to come back and update this review too so that you know how long my devices lasted.

I would not recommend that you call this place to get any kind of repairs. I called them and they came to look at my washer, they charged $30 just to come and see if. After that, they are not returning my messages nor telling me when they’re going to fix my washer. It seems to me that they just go to the homes to collect the money, but never come back. Easy money for them.

AMAZING!!!! My double oven went out . I called in another company who the service rep came in never even checked the oven he just looked at it and told me it was going to expensive to fix.. I said you didn't even check it..he was cocky and said trust me. you may need a new oven for 4,400 he was here 10 min.

.NOW SAM'S APPLIANCES ...was a different experience..Angel came over at the exact time he told us.. He took apart my oven..YES HE ACTUALLY WORKED!! to top it off he even had to wait awhile while my husband had to come home and bring me the key to the fuse box..talk about being patient, He did his best to fix my oven and went through all different things that could be wrong...Well it is going to be a costly repair and they gave me a way better price then the previous company..

Sam's appliances are PROFESSIONAL, FRIENDLY AND THEY CARE ABOUT YOUR NEEDS!!!! My oven will be fixed by them in a few weeks once they get my part..

I Strongly Advise if you are trying to get service on your Appliance this is not the Place to do so Horrible customer service. This Lady Always answers and Never ever has an answer to your questions she always says she has to call you back. My company had a service issue with a Customers Appliance and was still under factory warranty. Frigidaire sent out a service to This company very bad mistake it has being a month since they went out to check the appliance they told my customer they were waiting on parts.......ITS BEING A MONTH........... and my customer has not even had a courtesy call to follow up. I Called them not to long ago and she AGAIN doesnt know whats going on? she claims that they dont work with frigidaire anymore when her boss clearly stated 2 weeks ago that they would order the parts and go back out there.. Please save yourself a headache this company or whatever it is sucks they have no idea whats going on ever....No wonder they have no business!
