My appraisal company has been using Same Day Express to deliver our commercial appraisal reports throughout the greater San Diego area for over ten years. The Same Day Express staff is always polite and helpful when I call in. They send out the delivery people in a very timely manner. They have always provided excellent service at very fair and reasonable prices. I highly recommend their services. Update Feb, 2020 They have added a very nice on-line ordering system to their website. The site lets you set up round trip orders in advance. The staff here goes out of the way to be helpful. The Best and still always striving to be better.

Great service ever, I called Same Day Express for a pick up and deliver my package in five hours, they sent a professional uniformed driver in less than 30 the driver picked up my package and delivered it in about 45 minutes , honestly I was shocked for the fast service basically picked up and delivered within an hour that is an amazing service our company will continue using same day express service they are reliable, dependable, professional, and the customer service above all honestly their prices unbeatable. Just used Same Day Express Delivery Services today to deliver drawings from Pasadena to Gardena. Noah was very personable. Picked up within the hour, and delivered in 45 minutes. Great experience at a great price.

I would highly recommend finding a different same day delivery service. They took my order at 3:30 p.m. and told me they'd be to the warehouse where the product needed to be picked up in Los Angeles in half an hour. An hour later (4:30) called and said that they were going to be another 30 minutes. In another hour (5:30) they called and said they were at the door ringing the bell but no one was there but at this point my supplier had given up on anyone showing up and left.

I told them that now I was going to be charged a $150 opening fee and it was going to take 2 hours to get someone back to open up so that the product could be picked up. They told me basically to forget it and that they were canceling the order.

What a terrible way to run a business that's based on picking up product and getting it somewhere on time.
