Matt and Tina are the best. They are friendly and helpful, and if they do not have what you are looking for, they will order it for you. They have a little bit of everything in hardware, and they also rent items, such as scaffolding and other helpful items most do not own for lack of need on a regular basis. They are also a local U-Haul dealer, and we have used the service several times.

Very rude! I brought a key in to be cut, and the man at the counter started yelling at me. He shouted that he was sick of people bringing in keys that people bought on eBay for him to cut. He said he sells those keys. I explained that the last time he didn't have the key I needed. I bought a key, brought it in, and he cut it for. He yelled at me saying "I changed my mind, I don't do that anymore!". If he had just explained that to me, I would have just gone elsewhere. But now, I won't buy a single nut or bolt from there ever again.

It's a good place to go and I enjoy shopping at our small businesses, but I ordered a tiller and it was supposed to come in on a truck and something happened and they were supposed to reorder it and I guess they didn't because I haven't heard a single word back about it. So I bought on online. Almost a month ago. Oh well.

I think he is very rude. All he cares about is making money. After my son told him that I feel outside on the ice. He said he can’t do anything about it!! I don’t suggest to buy from him!!!
