Was a good place but past few months have been terrible. Check in 15 minutes early told me I’m early 6:00 appointment no trucks in the doors 8:00 still waiting

Pull up to the intercom and dial 222, they will open up the door. Park in the front of the office to check in, they will direct you to the dock door but wait for the warehouse personnel to come out and check the seal at the dock and then dock it. Bathroom is on the end of the building after dock 14, ring the bell at the door and they will let you in to use the bathroom. Less than 2 hours to unload a full dry van load, easy peasy. Enough room to back in to the docks.

I've been late for delivery here a few times but the guys don't say anything about it they get me in and out pretty quickly.... thanks again for being patient I hate California especially driving in that state

Take forever..!! I got here 7:45 appointments was 8:00, it’s 11:28 still waiting for my dock..

This place deserves no stars they are horrible.
They have no respect for drivers what so ever
Arrived at 8:45 am for a 9 am appointment it took them 45 to check me in because the guy at the check in was on lunch then after that took 1 hr to get someone to come out to verify the seal on the trailer .
2 hours later after they unload the two pallets 223 cases I go in to see why I am still waiting to find out my paperwork is done but they couldn’t be bothered to tell me because again the guy at front desk was on break!
They even over charged me on the lumper fees they charge me for 296 cases to unload when I only delivered 223.
The incompetence and level of disrespect at this warehouse is despicable and upper management need to be made aware of these issues.it is now 12:15 pm and I am finally done. 3 hrs for 2 pallets 223 cases is just ridiculous!!😡

Truck drivers beware when delivering to thes place.

Idk why everyone giving this place bad review mainly trucker don’t show up 30min early from your appointment that’s what they go by. They are quick in n out friendly staff thank you!

Overnight dirt parking lot. Checked in 0750 for 8am appt. Staff assigned dock, I slid tandems & removed red line. Within 20 mins trailer was empty. Splendid work. Carl's Jr. on Shaw Ave has somewhat room for few trucks otherwise park at your own risk on dirt lot outside facility.
