The beef Pho was delicious and flavorful. The summer rolls with peanut sauce is fresh. Thai tea is so delicious not too sweet just perfect. We also ordered the Bahn Mi with Pork. Everything hit the spot! Hot fresh food and excellent service from the employees. The owner happen to be there and was talking to us about the business he was so pleasant. Just moved to the area and we found out new spot can't wait to come back.

Came in at 6:25pm. Dined in. My husband and I ordered two Pho's ( chicken and the Mi go) both our Pho's had very minimal protein (meat) and the side of basil and bean sprouts were wilted and dry and two leaves given prior to asking for more. The steam bun was hard to cut through while the inside was soft...The broth flavor is good, but what really took the cake was the staff made it very known by 6:54pm that they are closing and turned off the TV while we were trying to enjoy our disappointing food. So food- 2 stars, atmosphere- 2 stars, cost and quality of food, also two stars. And a small tea. Spent $42. Not worth it. Had to pack our soups , as we didn't feel welcomed any longer. Sharing my first and last visit here. Thanks.

Decently average food, nothing to write home about though. The summer rolls were big, but that’s mainly because they were stuffed with iceberg lettuce, so they were pretty bland (the peanut sauce was good though). The grilled chicken noodle bowl was also fairly bland, and loaded with lettuce. I’d like to see less lettuce and bigger flavors from this place. It may be satisfactory for Deltona, but located in any larger city and this place wouldn’t survive.

ITS CLEAR These people leaving reviews have never had authentic Vietnamese food. This place is terrible, and the prices are way too high for the quality. They don’t even have Vietnamese people making this food. Not a single Vietnamese person in sight actually lol. Terrible peanut sauce it’s like dipping into peanut butter. Terrible Thai tea not even sweetened or measured correctly. The summer rolls are disgusting. There’s nothing authentic about this place. I would never ever go back. The guy taking my order didn’t even know what goes in what And was calling spring rolls, egg rolls. There was another guy sitting down, trying to school me on Vietnamese food lol. This place is absolutely disgusting30$ wasted on just an app, sandwich, and Thai tea. The sandwich is nowhere near authentic it left a pool of oil on the bottom of the box. It was so gross and it was slathered with mayo I think. This is not even the way it’s made. The sandwich fell apart. It was completely soggy. Nothing was made correctly or authentic honestly, it was like non Vietnamese people made it. The food smells like hot garbage juice. It stinks like everything went bad. DO NOT GO HERE. There’s no way in hell these reviews are real. If you want authentic Vietnamese food do not stop here!

The food was amazing! Someone say iced peach tea but that was a little costly. Both the cook and the server were very kind and accommodating. Another server came in and he was just as kind. I have been wanting Vietnamese food for quite some time and I was not disappointed at all. Thank you Saigon sizzle. You rock!

Best food and best service I’ve ever had! Saigon sizzle continues to go above and beyond with fresh, flavorful food and their love and care for their customers. I get the seaweed rolls anytime I can, they’ve got a perfect balance between crunchy outside to the little kick of spice in the noodle inside. Their Bao buns are super fresh and flavorful and wrapped in a super fluffy bun thats to die for and even have vegan options! Overall, no matter what you get on the menu, it’s going to have amazing flavor and a ton of love poured into it. <3 Thank you Saigon Sizzle!!!

WOW! We have had some Vietnamese food but this place is quite literally my favorite the one by far. The flavor is amazing! We ordered Mi Go, Chicken Bahn Mi and Chicken Bao. This spot is a MUST try and I’m saying this off of our very first time here. Put it this way, we were still eating and I ordered a Mi Go to go because I knew I would want it again later. Thank you for the great food and great experience! The staff was so nice and friendly and food was hot and fresh, wonderful experience!

We stumbled across this place on the trip back from Blue Springs State Park today. We were hungry and I suggested to my visiting friend from out of State that we look for a Vietnamese place. I was always telling her she needed to try Pho. Anyway, I found Saigon Sizzle and we parked and went in. It is not a fancy looking place, very simple, and clean. The main thing we immediately noticed was that the staff was very friendly. Secondly, they were very knowledgeable about Vietnamese food and, most importantly, they were all very enthusiastic about the food they served, making recommendations and trying to find out what we liked so they could steer us in the right direction. We both chose the pork potstickers and the Beef Pho soup. The food was absolutely delicious! The pork fried potstockers were almost buttery-crispy and the meat inside was so tasty, with an almost delicate and fluffy, melt in your mouth consistency. Absolutely perfect. The Pho soup was totally divine! I am so glad we chose this place because my friend got to try real Pho as I had described it to her. The beautiful, beef stock, enhanced with lovely Asian spices was served over noodles, slices of tender beef, and vegetables, with additional fresh herbs, vegetables, and bean sprouts on top. In short, this meal is one we shall both remember. And my friend is now a Pho Convert! This place may be about 40 minutes or more from my home, but it will definitely be worth a trip there from time to time to enjoy the Pho and potstickers, as well as to try out some more of the nice selection of Vietnamese delicacies on their menu. 5 Stars all around y'all! We will be back.
