There are no parking spaces marked before check-in. Many drivers park their truck at the warehouse entrance for easy Check in. Black staff lady only allow black drivers to park freely. Other drivers are not allowed to park and will be driven away. The air conditioning in the office is not cool, the door is closed, the air is very turbid and hot, and the chairs are broken. After check-in, the waiting time for loading is very long, and they have absolutely no regard for your feelings. The supervisor is very nice . He said that although I checked in early, some people who arrived later had priority and could load first. I request him to check my cargo documents, he found that the Check in form were put aside by another staff, that’s why no response to loading. I wasted 4 hours of waiting time in vain. Thank you very much for helping me solve this problem.

Showed up 4 hrs prior to my appointment. Apparently they will not load you prior to the appointment. It is now 3 hours PAST my appointment and still not in a dock and they will not tell me how much longer. Yard by the docks is narrow but with some effort you can get the trailer to the dock, then unhook and park the bobtail somewhere.

Got here at 2:30 pm and I am still sitting for a door going on 7 hrs now. There are zero other trucks here and they have completely ignored me. I have gone in and asked, but was told to just wait they will get me loaded. Fat chance of that happening tonight my clock doesn't come back on for another 3 more hours. And even then I am sure I won't be loaded.

I was picking at their warehouse in Burkville, AL to their other warehouse in Henderson, KY. Both were quick enough but at Henderson took about 30 minutes to be empty.
They are strict with appointment times.
All the best drivers as you keep moving America, and be safe.

I arrived 3hours early and I will need to wait until 2pm that is my appointment time and there are not more trucks loading or unloading. Not good coming to here.

My wait time was not long possibly because I showed up hours before my appointment and there just weren’t that many trucks ahead of me, My loading time didn’t take long at all either but the biggest downside is that they were not truthful about the weight of the load on my BOL…..
🚩They had me overweight on my Gross by 1,700!
