I routinely visit this warehouse every week to pick up loads for my company, and although I often wait several hours for the trailer to be loaded, I’ve never complained out of respect for the hard work of the loading staff. However, I’ve encountered issues with some of the security staff. They know who they are. During my most recent visit, after waiting for 5 hours, I inquired ONLY 2 times about the status of my trailer. Instead of a helpful and kind response, one security staff member accused me of rushing them in the most sarcastic manner. Soon, they threatened to ban me from the property in the future, and even suggested I should load my own trailer if I was in a hurry. No one should be treated this way.

I wear a turban, but that should not impact on how I should be treated. Everyone deserves equal respect and kindness regardless of their appearance/background.

Soon, the security staff's behavior has become an issue. I believe it would be beneficial for management to address this matter with their staff to ensure that truck drivers who come to their warehouse simply to do their jobs are treated with respect and professionalism. I hope my feedback is taken into account and that future interactions are handled more courteously/professionally.

Very rude employees since last night around 8:25 pm waiting to get the load it’s 9:18 am still they didn’t load I don’t recommend any truck drivers to come to this bullshit company. I asked for the restroom they said there is no public restroom and the employee is saying that you have to go to any gas station. At all I can say I will never ever come to this company anymore

Waste of time … garbage ware house … no management they don’t care about your time one trailer need 36-48 hours .. this company need change all team …. Total waste bad management
