This place has some bad reviews not sure what happened with the other drivers. I picked up on a Monday for a 6pm pick up time checked in at 330pm they gave me a door started on me at 4 and had me out by 5pm. Nice people my load was going to a target not sure if that that made the difference but I had a great experience. They have vending and a bathroom. Easy to find and easy to dock

From Chicago. Take Interstate 88W to exit 117. Top of ramp turn left. Proceed North 1/2 mile turn left on Airport Rd. Go about 1/2 mile turn right on Overland. Just look for the address sign for Ryder.

Arrived about 45 minutes early for my appointment. Was put in a dock immediately. Took approximately an hour to get me unloaded.

Omg lady upfront she’s very nice my appointment 4 PM. Check me in at 1 PM. Get me loaded in and out. If you ask me, I like to come to this place again I will be more than happy to do that.

Very slow loading process. The lady on front desk is rude and giving only frustate short replies without any details, she's not concentrated to have a good feedback with driver because she's busy with her cellphone with personal things. I'll never come back again.

The lady at shipping/receiving seated to your right behind the window when you come in has no business there.
She should be dealing with boxes inside the warehouse and not talking to people like they are the cause of your problems.
On the contrary, drivers make sure she gets paid and valued as an employee.

Picked up loads twice from this location. Nice & professional staff. First time they load me a day earlier than my appointment . Second time I arrived an hour late so they took 3 hours to load me . But overall it’s a good place for pickup& deliveries

Everything moves very slowly here. In the waiting room for unloading, they made me wait 1 hour just to get a door. I do not recommend this place – 5 hours for unloading, and they don't respect our time!

I lost 4 hours here, for loading, problematic place..
I will never come back here again🙅🏻‍♂️….People in the shipping office do not do their job well, it is sad and terrible to see this…
