Absolutely adorable airport. Very, very small. All staff are nice, especially those awesome officers with the TSA. Jeff in particular is a delightful ready of sunshine. Don't worry about showing up 2 hours early. If you are checking a bag, come an hour early. Hang out and read the free books scattered around the little airport, or head upstairs too the hangar Cafe to enjoy the view!

Out of all the airports I have been to, this has been by far the nicest, and easiest with staff that appear to enjoy their jobs and not hate the world in general. Sarah was kind and patient explaining how things work nowadays since I haven't flown in 20+ years. She also seemed to be quite the jack-of-all-trades doing almost everything except flying the actual plane. The pilots were Josh and Nick and they were professional and welcoming and did a great job getting us to Boston in plenty of time for me to catch my next flight. I can't say I liked the small airplane during turbulence but it was actually the roomiest plane I had been on all day. Great job Ritland Southern Vermont Regional Airport!

You would think a smaller airport means quicker and more efficient. No. TSA Employees are rude and unclear. Unhelpful and non attentive staff, will not be traveling through this airport again. Front desk lady was amazing but TSA brought the attitude as soon as you walk in. Not to mention most planes leaving out are 20- hour late.
