If anybody asked me if I would recommend using Rush, I would say absolutely not. They don’t stand behind their mistakes, even when giving the full opportunity to do so. Unfortunately, the manager is willing to wiggle out of responsibility rather than stand behind his poor workmanship. He’s left me with at least a $15k -$20k bill that someone else is going to have to repair and I will have to pay when all I did was brought my truck in for an annual inspection. Sad.

The work is very slow and not in keeping with the company name.

I came to fix my truck at Small Job but I have been waiting for a day and a half and there has been no progress.

Some parts are out of stock and must be ordered from elsewhere.

Took truck in on monday morning. Told me it would take one day to fix my truck. I had to rent motel for 6 days now. Its Saturday so now have to wait till monday hopefully they can have it fixed by then. I've received new info regarding my truck. Turns out my transmission had to be replaced and did not know until today. Apparently they have it repaired and should be good to go by tomarrow. I do appreciate the mechanics who worked on it. Thank you. I apologize for any misunderstandings . I was told one thing then another by front desk. But over all I agree that this shop is worth it over all.

I called them to see if they could work on my RV and was told sure no problem. Got the RV there waited a week then got a call saying they couldn't work on it because they don't have access to the engine (even after I told them how to get access through the bedroom). They told me to avoid wasting their time and mine (what!? You have had it for week.. wasted a week of my time) they will not touch it.
****update**** I did call and had a great conversation. He was shocked at what happened at the West Haven location and get things there corrected asap. We came to a mutual agreement to make things right for us. Thank you for reaching out and taking your time with me today.
