Elija and Christian confirmed our thought, that we would need a new door, during the initial troubleshooting appointment and they returned for the install of the new door. Top notch experience. My residential garage door had a torsion spring break, the office staff I spoke to were friendly and understanding. The quote they gave over the phone was accurate and they came out the next day. Kristian was the technician, he was extremely friendly and very knowledgeable about everything overhead door. He even had the parts on his truck and gave my garage door a once over to make sure everything was good. As a mechanic and electrician myself, I wouldn't just allow any company work on my house, so I was super pleased with the experience. I wouldn't use anyone else in this area other than R&S.

They have an excellent technician. He offered us a couple of options and pricing that could fit our budget. He replaced the springs on our garage door and did a great job. I called late Tuesday afternoon and had the door fixed early the next morning. The springs are lifetime warranted. Their fees are all inclusive and competitive. I would recommend this company to all of my friends and neighbors here in Vallejo.
