It was a great experience renting a unit from them. The pricing was affordable and exactly what they said it would be, the thing I liked the most was the gate was always functional and secured, those types of gates have many malfunctions but theirs never had an issue.

Tried multiple times to rent a unit. Called and no answer. Said to text so I did on Sunday, shows they read it, tried again on Tuesday, showed he read it but still no response. Ended up going to a different storage facility and renting a unit from them. Complete lack of communication and I was ready to spend $175 a month renting a unit from them, lost my business for good.

We rented here a few years ago. Seems like a clean nice place. Decent part of town. Small business run so they don’t ding you will stupid little fees. The only negative incident was while storing there I noticed someone was living in the unit next to us. I called and told them and they said they were definitely gonna call the cops on that since it wasn’t legal…. Well I kept seeing those people there. Which made me nervous like they would see me getting into my unit and what if they wanted to break in because they could clearly see what was in mine and they just hung around all the time. It was pretty obvious, blow up bed, power cord running into the unit. I’m sure management cared I just am saying they didn’t care enough to actually get those people out. Idk maybe the people were smart and knew how to hide it and not get caught but with no one on the premises I’m sure it makes it easier to do

I rented here for a little over a year and it was a good experience. There isn’t much you can say about storage, but it was clean and they didn’t raise rates after a few months like some places. I’d definitely rent a unit here again.

This place was a joke to work with. The guy that took our card information did not give it to the property management and did not set us up for automatic payments like we requested. We still don't know what he did with our card information.. Even after calling the management company and setting up the automatic payments, they kept forgetting to run the card and would charge us late fees and send delinquent notices. We would have to call and remind them that it was auto-pay every month and they would reverse the late charges, but it was still a hassle to deal with. The only reason we decided to go with this storage unit is because it was cheap and close to our home. After a few months with them, we decided to go back to our old storage unit that was $50 more per month. It wasn't worth the hassle every month to keep this unit. Also, the layout of the site does not have a through road-way and is very hard to turn around a truck. It's impossible to turn around with a truck and trailer.

Andy is extremely rude and unprofessional. Called my work office after claiming he couldn't reach me by my cellular phone. However, he confirmed the number was correct and I received 0 calls or voicemails. I can't emphasis enough how ignorant Andy and his staff is. He was apparently tempting to reach me about an expired credit card, but told me how he wasted half a day trying to get a hold of me. I DO NOT Roy Storage to anyone and will be moving my storage needs to another company right away.

They also use false advertising practices and bill my card and various rates. For example one month I paid $119.00, the next $109.00, and was charged $130 for one month. I am contacting the BBB to look into this storage unit companies deceptive business practices.

When Andy started calling my office multiple times, he told me spend half a day trying to reach me. Which is a complete lie.
