This company is so lame whatever problem you got it was def their fault. Never trust this. Go ahead and report or get that refund of ur item. You are not going to get it. Dont count on them in anything they say . Wit the ppl working there its gonna be outta business soon cuz god dammmm they suck!!! heres a photo of the product I got in my hands
