Beatriz is just the best!
I had a horrible ant problem and Rose came out the next day and took care of the immediate problem. I signed up for the quarterly program and have been bug free since. They take extra care and also remove any cob webs and always ask if I have any concerns. I’m grateful for their service!

I think Rose is the best in the area. Every technician I've ever had has been professional and competent (though Guy is truly exceptional!). My only complaint is that it's hard to get a hold of them by phone -- usually there's a wait before it goes to voicemail. It would be nice if there were a way to reach someone live but I suspect they might not have someone manning the lines. Nevertheless, when I do email about specific issues related to my account, they are responsive. Overall, the quality of service is still worth the slight annoyance of trying to get through to set up an appointment.

When I called to schedule my service, the gentleman who took my call was very nice and professional. Robert was my service technician. He was running a bit late and called to let me know. I discovered that I had mice and Rose was so responsive. They fit me in for a visit the day after I called. The technician, Mike, did a great job. He was prompt and did a thorough inspection and set traps and treated the house. He also spent extra time with me showing where the mice were getting in and explaining about caulking the entry points. I highly recommend Rose.

We have mice. After successfully catching 3 on our own, I felt it was time to call in the professionals! Our next door neighbors recommended Rose. I was very pleased when I called that they were able to come the very next day. Steve was our technician and he was terrific! He was very personable, professional and knowledgeable. He did a complete inspection around the outside of our 100+ yr old house and plugged up all of the points of entry. He baited traps in the basement and kitchen and showed me what to look for. He promised to come back in 10 days to check the progress. I feel very confident we made the right choice in calling Rose.
