This place is great! I haven't bought any saws from them (yet), just a bar and chain. But they were friendly and very helpful. I'll be back when it's time to upgrade to a pro saw.

UPDATE OCT 2023: Spectacular service as always. I blew the top end on my 395xp, suggested to them that I was in a hurry for a new one and they got the new one in within 1 DAY. Amazing stuff. 6 stars (out of 5). So far the new cylinder is holding up well. Parker & Nelson are the bomb!
