How do you get golf cart hours Monday through Friday? What do you do for the working people maybe Saturday till noon? I can’t believe a business operates without Saturday hours.

Brought my 1990 EZGO Marathon golf cart here for service. Cart would not start. Electrical problem. It was repaired and I picked it up. $500 bill. Ran great for two weekends. Then it quit. Wire they ran burned up. They came to pick it up to fix it. Was told a week later it was ready. Another $240. Was told that problem was not related to the other one. Ok. Paid and they returned to me. Cart ran for half a Sunday then quit again. I was told not their problem cart ran fine. I would have to pay for repairs and pickup fee if they came to get it. They do not take responsibility for their work. $740 in so far the cart should run. Also mind you out of the $740 the parts only add up to $16.90. All labor and they can’t get it right. I installed new starter/generator, solenoid and voltage regulator. Something doesn’t add up.

I’m writing this review to help sway people to take their cart to these guys. I was having a problem with overheating, I burned out a motor and I had taken my cart into another shop, one of their competitors, let’s just say it’s a place in Joliet. First and foremost do not take it to that place in Joliet. The folks here were incredibly helpful. The most important part of it was they were able to use their knowledge and experience to diagnose the problem and fix it. The other place I had taken it to was essentially just going to replace everything, which didn’t need to happen. They took the time to think about the problem and solve it, and save me a significant amount of money. I would honestly recommend this place to anybody and everybody that has a golf cart that needs any type of repair, they are incredibly good people who actually care about their customers. You don’t see this very often in modern businesses but they did and they are awesome! I want to publicly thank them, it’s been a long time since I experienced customer service at this level!

Had a very good experience with Rolling R Took my cart there had all the parts in stock fixed right on the spot. No other golf cart shop would do that. Hands down the best Shop in the midwest. Mechanic helped me and informed me of how they work and would only do work with my Approval.will always get my Bissness 👍

Do not have anything rebuilt here as they cut corners and do not put the proper orings in place

The staff from the front office to the shop technicians were very pleasant and very helpful. Supplied me with what I needed and answered all the questions I had. Worth driving 3 hours for.

Bought a used golf cart was told we had a 1year warranty on it and he would go through it check it over before we picked it up! Got it No tail lights !!!! Now they say we don't have a year warranty on it!!! Why do people lie to your face So done and over it !!! We have people asking us where we bought it was going to recommend this business Not Now !!!!

We were there twice in a few days during posted business hours a note on the door said that they were out dropping off parts.
Guess they were too busy to take our money. Went elsewhere to spend our money and did.
