This is the reason small businesses get bad reputations. I made arrangements for this business to come and move two items for me. They never showed, never called or text to let me know they weren’t coming. I text them to see if they were coming, no response from them. I was left in a lurch. One of the items to be moved was supposed to be in taken to Lakeland and the company in Lakeland was waiting on it. I was left in a really bad situation. I would not recommend this company to anyone if you want trust and reliability and someone that returns your calls or messages.

Dave is very sleazy! He ghosted my friend on the move day. No answer, no call back, did absolutely nothing but left her in the dust with no remorse. Absolutely disgusting how he responds to his customers when he's leaves them hanging... we strive to do our best, we appreciate your business? Like seriously, how self degrading is that? BBB has already been contact by numerous of ppl. Do yourself a favor and stay far away from this scam of a business! And Dave!!! Do us a favor and shut this business down!!!

So I am editing my review since I tried to use Dave and Rockstar Moving LLC again this year. I worked with them last year on a move from Tampa to Cleveland and that went well and gave him 5 stars initially for that. I needed to move again locally this summer so I called Dave a month in advance and agreed with him on a date and time, and this review concerns this move. The problem I couldn't give him zero stars and I blame Google for that.
After we agreed on the plan, I made 3 follow up calls to confirm since there was no paperwork except for his word (which, in my world of business, is binding) including two calls on the morning of the move. He always answered and gave reassuring answers that it was happening but when it came time for the actual move in the afternoon he "ghosted" me. If you read other reviews, this ghosting thing is real where he stops answering phone calls and does not send a message to even let you know that he won't be coming. The saving grace in my situation was that my move was very local and I had a bunch of friends show up to help. In my opinion, what he did (and continues to do to other people seems like) is unforgiveable from the professional and individual standpoints. I am sure other people got into worse situations because of this company's unethical standards and lack of care or interest in people's lives.
I want everyone who reads this review to take this matter very seriously since this is the worst kind of stranding anyone can get you into. Had he called a few days ahead and told me he was canceling, I would have managed differently. Actually, if he answered my calls and said something happened and he couldn't make it, I would've gotten angry but probably understood. Even on follow up calls to understand what happened later, he wouldn't answer my number which I find very evasive and sleazy. Anyway, I hope this helps future customers get an insight about business with this company before they commit. In three words: unethical, deceitful, and non-trustworthy.

I used Dave twice without issue. Today he was to move my daughter. No call, no show. Not a good situation for my daughter. She was in a panic trying to get someone else. He called her 2 days prior to confirm. Then nothing. We will never call him again

David and his amazing team did a outstanding job for us. All were so respectful and kind. If I could give more than 5 stars I would. They moved fast and helped make our move so easy. Everything between the planning, pricing, and the move itself was amazing. Thank you so much!!

BEWARE!!!!! I was scheduled for a large multiple move with this company, received multiple confirmations leading up to the days, even the night before they confirmed. I read the reviews after booking this company that they would 'ghost' you day of, and addressed it with them and was REASSURED they would be there since it was the owner and their partner coming to do the move themselves...The next day arrived, they never showed, never responded to texts or calls. I was left stranded to find a new method to get my move done. This is definitely some game they are playing. Lesson learned. PLEASE TAKE ALL NEGATIVE REVIEWS SERIOUSLY

We had old fencing hauled away. The owner, David, was professional, kind, arrived within 15 minutes of our call and was reasonably priced. Will use his company again & recommend him to others!
