We had a great first experience with Brian as our shopper. There’s excellent communication before, during, and after your delivery. You get a receipt and only pay for what you actually received as opposed to a national shopping company where you hope your receipt is correct and actually matches what you did or did not get. We also like the flat percentage service charge so we don’t have to guess what the item markup is. The two biggest benefits are that you actually know who is shopping for you and the money is going to someone local who will do everything (reasonably) possible to earn your return business.

We’ve requested Anthony as our shopper and he is the BEST! He goes out of his way to find stuff that we need that is hard to find.
