Good morning
I left this company because they didn't want to fix the truck. The smartair heater did not work. i worked more than 2 weeks with it broken. I reported it every day by text message and they do not do anything. i also reported it in the log book. And the trailer need alignment. They send me 3 differents day to a shop where i loss more than 5 hours every day and they didn't payme for that time. and didn't fix anything because they said it is overcharge.
Also 1 check is short.
The payment should be 65cpm plus 5cpm and didn't pay in the last 2 checks the 5cpm.
and i didn't receive last check. Just the statement where i saw it is short too for 5cpm the loads.
you didn't paidme 2 stops in a load I did.
I didn't receive payment for the break down in 3 different day.
October 3 == 4 hours and 45 minutes. fix heater and again damage same day.
October 14== 5 hours and 39 minutes. didn't fix the problem
October 15 == took trailer to a shop to "fix" just change tire again (second time) didn't fix the problem. after that took truck to PETERBILT DEALERSHIP.
This was another reason I quit.
I called everyone in the company and send emails and didn't have any answer.

Great company to drive for. Great dispatch family. I said family because they make you feel like family. Home time when you ask, seriously, none of that I'm supposed to be going home while being sent in the opposite direction stuff. Good pay, and equipment. Unless I hit the lottery, I will retire from Road Knights.

I've left Roadknights a couple of times and I've always been welcomed back ,I run good and I get home when I want to and they really don't bother you as a driver if you're doing your job great dispatchers (Mike)

I left a year ago and Danny dispatch mentioned I was always welcome back when lease rates started becoming really bad.. I missed the option of that I could always switch to company at 70cpm which.. with the current market is really decent.
Equipment was great!!
Trucks are governed to meet delivery times with no issues.
Timely pay deposited Fridays morning
Accounts is very responsive no mistakes on payroll.
I be going back anytime.

Not sure what kind of safety record this company has, but whomever was driving in Ohio on April 20, 2017 was VERY dangerous.

West bound I-76 near Norton Ohio, 7:55 PM, a Road Knights truck pulling trailer number "R004" cut me off while I was driving in the left lane, then he/she proceeded to take over a mile on level road to pass the car he/she needed so badly to get around, stayed in the left lane long after the right lane was clear. I chose to pass the truck on the right to avoid being behind an unsafe driver. I looked in my rear view mirror and saw him cut someone off again as he/she moved into the right lane. Hands down the best company that I’ve worked with. Office personnel is very professional, the various departments are very communicative & responsive. The dispatch team is on top of it, they keep me rolling. The definitely plan ahead. Maintenance takes cares of business right away. The safety department is awesome, always willing to answer my questions and work out my HOS issues. The ladies in accounting are sweetie pies, they’re accurate when issuing payments & if there’s an issue they have no problem fixing it. I absolutely love leasing from Road Knights

Awesome company to do business with! The entire Reefer Team does an exceptional job at being both professional and personable. Danny will make sure his loads always deliver on time.
