Delivery is ALWAYS on time, driver does a great job of finding the bottles on our farm and leaving them in a spot that easy for us to get them inside, prices are reasonable. The water tastes great. I've never had a single issue with delivery, billing, or payment...highly recommend!

I've dealt with this company and its predecessors for believe it or not 33 years. There were two or three prior owners and they did a good job too.
Have never had an issue with any of them at all and the drivers make a good call as to how many bottles we need based on returns. I initially in 1988 was in a rural area where the city water was pumped from a 1500 foot deep well. In ancient times, the area was a prehistoric ocean. The city water had so many minerals and salts in it, it was unpalatable to me and my young family. Had to pour caustic chemicals into the water softener and backwash every month to get the iron out of the ion exchange resin in the water softener. I hit the phonebook and called the predecessor company to RNJ. That was all there was to it. I eventually bought my own water cooler and that was no big deal. I'll be a customer until I'm planted in the ground next to my wife. We moved to a different city that RNJ also services and I kept deliveries going even though the city water was 10 times better than where we came from.
Shoot, I called for web directions for a delivery schedule and chit-chatted for 30 minutes about family with the receptionist. Her daughter needed some advice about post-graduate college education and I was in a position to give some counseling. Great company to deal with and their product is good tasting, healthy water. The elixir of life.

We use RNJ at my place of employment. They always follow their schedule like clockwork and have always been nice to deal with.
