We had bought a large generator and was waiting arrival. They drove up, dumped it in the front yard, and ran. They sent the text it was being delivered after they were long gone. We called them back to get them to come and move it where it was supposed to be put down. Instead of apologizing for their delivery people, the man on the phone became irate and refused to do anything at all!!!! I would not suggest this company to my worst enemy !!

Damaged our copper awning by hitting the side of the crate with what appears to be a forklift fork. When my wife questioned the condition of the contents of the packaging the driver had her sign a form saying everything was fine on the outside. We have pictures of the delivery coming off the truck with the damage already there. This company appears to have ZERO integrity. Your staff knew this happened when it did and said nothing.
Do not even think about using this company for your deliveries! I know our seller is questioning this decision, too.

Well , shipment arrives on time ,but i wasn't sure all the parts were there i mentioned it to the driver ,but he flipped the signiture paper out there and silly me signed it . Releasing RL on shipment ,so i checked my paper work and sure enough there is a part missing ,i called customer service and might as well not wasted my time . Lesson learned ,should have held the driver up til i verified contents Maby use someone ealse next time !!!!

This is how they delivered my 135 pound electric massage table. On a day full of rain and placed it in front of my truck door. Was home the entire morning did not bother to ring the doorbell. Had to move item into the dryer carport by myself. Ripped my hand open!!!

Nightmare of a freight shipping company, as you can read from the other reviews as well, I have been waiting on my package for over 2 weeks now, every time i call they say “we will schedule for delivery tomorrow” it’s been a WHOLE week of that. But that isn’t new to this company look at the other reviews, absolutely terrible customer service too, dispatcher told me “it will get there when it gets there” …. And the “we care forum” is just a waste of time as well.
