They never EVER pick up the phone.! Great place and a lot of inventory but sucks having to drive to see if they have a simple gasket in stock. Would be nice if they pick up the phone out of the 6 different times I’ve tried calling .

Cashing out here is a severe test of the customer’s patience. The system breaks down or can’t find items. The cashiers talk to each other incessantly with -0- focus on the customer. Selection and location are good and the knowledge of the guys in the back is strong too. The front needs a lot of improvement.

Very convenient and authentic shop. I wish they had more fly fishing materials and gear since it's close to fly fishing hotspots. My son and his friends are huge fly fisherman and I have to drive them into Miami proper to get gear because you guys don't have much of a selection. Great shop for other things marine related! We love supporting local shops

Amazing store! Walked in looking for two hard to find scuppers and to my luck they had two of them! The guys is the back where exceptional! Gentlemen with the beard gave me excellent attention. Second time coming into the store and second time I get attitude from the “manager” sooly . Just seems like she does not want to be there always has an attitude

AMAZING STORE! They have everything you can possibly need. Very well organized and very easy to find everything you need. Staff is amazing beyond words. Jason and Steven went above and beyond to attend me. I had one issue and is why I rated the store 3 stars the women who works in the front was very rude and was talking about me in Spanish thinking I did not understand her highly disrespectful when I finally get up to the register she was on her Bluetooth and acted like I wasn’t even there.

Don’t bother going somewhere else!
This place has what you need, unlike other big marine stores that are constantly out of stock.
Knowledgeable service that’s willing to help and solve problems. A+
