My go to drugstore and pharmacy. I go there not only because I like the products they carry but because the clerks and the pharmacy staff are always kind, helpful, and professional. Added bonus they still have the ice cream cone counter like all the old drugstores used to have, at a reasonable price, which is a very nostalgic and homey addition.

While I would prefer a store with a drive-thru pharmacy, I trust this pharmacy the most. At a time when the world was struggling to fill Adderall prescriptions, this is the only pharmacy, including the mail-order pharmacy, that was able to reliably refill my prescriptions.

"I Am a Senior asking Them for HELP!!" As of a few months ago, when I found out that Walgreen had bought out Save Mart Pharmacy Dept. I was upset.. Less to say that there was NO WAY I was going to deal with Walgreens again, so I decide to give Rite Aid a shot.. Well, it has NOT gone well so far at all and as for calling the Toll Free.. number, GOOD LUCK on that one too! I've been trying to reach the Main number for a week now and yet to speak to a LIVE PERSON, because I keep getting disconnected each time. Called the store Pharmacy Dept. and not much help from them as well.. Have been trying to get some technical support regarding Their Web Page as far as paying for My Prescriptions which now is not working nor letting Me select My Debit Card and to have My Meds delivered. So.. I Am very disappointed with their Service at this point. I have read some of the Reviews and see I Am not the only having issues with the Pharmacy Dept.
P.S. All I am asking is for them to fix their Website so I can just order and pay for My Meds and have them delivered.. I Am Disable and can no longer drive.

Hey let me put this on blast.look at this criminal no shame on him at all committing crimes. thinking he is mr good boy.just walked in store and he targeted victimizing me by doing the criminal act of profiling going to make sure he inflic fear by calling security and the camas.some people don't get it that this bahavior is criminal

I would like to know why Rite-Aid can't notify customers that their prescriptions are ready as they fill them? Instead of filling a days worth of prescriptions, and then send out notifications at the end of the day.

This pharmacy is terrible. My Mom's meds are ALWAYS never ready. Even though I get a phone call and a text saying they are. When you call in if you get someone they tell you the same thing, they are not ready. Sometimes it takes weeks to get them. When it comes to people's lives this is NON NEGOTIABLE. None of the pharmacies in Los Banos are great which apparently makes this ok.
