Francisco and Anthony were so professional and helpful during our delivery and install. They were on time, efficient and cleaned up everything after they were finished. I can’t recommend their services enough- we love our new appliance. Kuddos to their management team!

Worse experience I ever had in my life. Stay away from this incompetent people that don't use common sense. I have been waiting for my cook top for 3 months and when they went to install it, it didn't fit, I can understand they didn't install it because it didn't fit however they took my old one which at least had 1 or 2 burners and have been using to cook. I call them and ask why they took it and they said because that is what the order said. I told them the stupid order said to install a cook top and that hasn't been done and they say well we didn't install the cook top because it didn't fit and we are not allowed to make modifications, I understand that and was not expecting them to do modifications but why in the world would anyone think is ok to leave a family without a stove to cook. What am I supposed to do to feed my family Go to the restaurant every day until they install the correct one? No one is taking responsibility for leaving a family without a cook top to make food for days, likely weeks . To me if the order said haul the old is because you installed the new one. How sad that we have come to this point where people don't use their basic common sense and are considerate about how their actions affect others. I am a patient person and understand no one is perfect and people make mistakes but their lame excuse that they took it because the order said and no accountability for their actions just frustrated me too much to the point I felt sick. Now I have to foot the restaurant bill to feed my family. I really hope they have a similar experience so they know how it feels. You guys are very bad human beings with no sympathy for others.

I'm very disappointed and frustrated with them today. After an aborted delivery and no call back. I finally got through this afternoon. I'll wait to see if they fix the situation tomorrow before I write my rant.
Zeke called me today and was very apologetic about my bad experience with Josue. It seems his job is very difficult these days. I've had to order another stove and luckily the sale price didn't change. Zeke assured me the next delivery will be with a better team. We don't need the stove desperately so my only complaint is waiting an extra 5 days with the kitchen a mess. To be continued......
The second time, the delivery went smooth and we love our new stove. All depends on the experience of the staff!

Wow! I had an incredible experience with Ritchie Trucking. The delivery and installation team of two were so courteous, efficient, and so helpful. Delivery at 10 am. The guy tells me I have to remove the doors to my old fridge after I paid to have it moved he then measures my doors and says his manager Brian in Albany will not allow them to assist me. Drops off appliance and leaves tell me call back when doors are removed. I called back she said she is sending them back out. 11 Am. I call at 12:30 I call at 2 and finally get on Facebook. Then she has the district manager Joe call me. It is now 4:30 They resolved it Joe (I believe from Medford and coast) had his crew come out. very nice very professional. He apologized and said he would make it right as they are supposed to remove the doors. He made sure my delivery went as it should have the first time when the other crew didn’t do their jobs. These guys were awesome. Thank you again. I’m happy 😃

Worst delivery experience I've ever had. The delivery men showed up 5 hours before the original window, failed to inform me that they would be delivering in a monstrosity of a truck that would not fit in our loading bay, and then refused to deliver the refrigerator I'd been waiting for a week because they could only park about 150-175 feet from the building (evidently they only deliver when they are 50 feet from building according to the driver -- laughable). This was the most "do nothing" delivery crew that I've ever encountered -- totally useless. If they don't want to do their jobs just stay in bed -- a complete waste of time and energy. Order cancelled -- hope they aren't paid out for faking a delivery...

Third attempt at a delivery failed today. Been working on trying to get the appliance for months. No call before, they just show up. So missed opportunities left and right. In this case they didn’t even have our correct phone number, but employee still argued that they had called first when I asked why they hadn’t. They do not text because they “aren’t able to” even though they know no one answers strange numbers. First two deliveries failed because they broke the appliance in the first and on the second refused to install because it would take too long. Came a third time and told me the same as the second. Employee told me “he doesn’t have a supervisor, he is the supervisor” then told me he has “a boss”. Would not give me contact for the boss so we could figure out how to deal with this. Told me it was my problem. Asked him to leave the appliance. He said it was his until I signed off on it, which I said I was willing to do, but they wouldn’t let me citing I was being argumentative. Called to get info on new delivery date. Was promised a call back. Didn’t receive one. Would not let me speak to supervisor, whose name they wouldn’t share. Have no idea how or when I am getting the appliance that I paid thousands for months ago but “belongs to them until i sign for it. … which they wouldn’t let me do. This company is what is wrong with how the world works right now. No one cares at all. If they give you the bare minimum it’s a favor. If you don’t like it, it’s your problem. Avoid at all costs.

We had our new refrigerator delivered a few days ago by Ritchie Trucking. They arrived on time as scheduled & we’re the kindest men. They unhooked & removed our old refrigerator and then hooked up our new one in no time! Much appreciated!
