I DO NOT RECOMMEND this place at all. I used this service couple times, first time the sent the cloths with the stains and dirt on it back and non of my sweaters got cleaned at all and now I sent my brand new Valentino dress and they completely ruined it, what type a professional services are these people offering that don’t understand DONOT MACHINE WASH a $5000 dress. Now my dress is gone and who is responsible for the damage.

If you’re shopping around for laundry and dry cleaning residential service, you might as well go with Rinse. For YEARS I’ve been with another service but after moving to Lincoln Park, the old service couldn’t meet the need. Waited for a few months and decided to go with Rinse because the Rinse Plus monthly subscription was a SUPER cool option for me. We have no laundry facilities in our building, so dependability and excellent service is a must. Firstly, I LOVE the app, the text reminders, and the quick connection to a service representative via text, as well as direct connection with your Valet the day of pickup and drop off. The laundry? Fresh and dry and folded neatly and separated in clear bags. As a customer, you’ll receive their distinctive reusable bags. I pay $144 per month PERIOD. This covers 2 bags per month. If you go over your 2 bag limit, you only pay about $70 per additional bag. No fluff or hidden fees. Easy to start up, great communication and excellent washing and management of your clothing. I could go on but I just want to save you the hassle and confusion other vendors dole out. Last but not least, Rinse uses their own courier service. Valets wear a distinctive jacket and they will deliver door to door. I appreciate the ability to leave a tip via text instead of having no cash on hand. And my valets came with hellos and smiles; they were patient and kind. That’s priceless for the # of bags I had after a few months of not washing clothes! Rinse is a pleasant experience for a really tough job. Thank to the team at Rinse. Well done and very much appreciated.

Rinse has done WONDERS for my mental health. Seeing laundry pile up and I knowing I don’t have the time to get to it made getting organized even more difficult. Thankfully, now all I have to do is throw it in a bag and leave it outside my door!

The rinse repeat subscription is totally worth it if you’re strapped for time because of the free next day delivery. I also appreciate that they are honest about whether your bags are full and if they’re not, your unused pounds accumulate with each order and you get free extra bags!

Lastly, the service from both customer support and the delivery people is amazing. Super communicative and timely with responses. I actually don’t even have the app because the site and text support are so helpful.

Definitely recommend to anyone who needs a little extra help keeping their home together.

I am a senior, 85 years old and doing the wash is too much for me and difficult as there arent enough machines in our building. I was pleasantly surprised when my items came back from Rinse. Folded and packed beautifully and fresh and clean. Saved me time and energy. Rinse is really an asset.,they pick up and deliver and presto you have clean laundry, and time and energy to spend doing something more enjoyable than doing laundry.

This is my second time using the service. The first time I sent my own laundry bags and my clothes were returned in a white bag. I sent my clothes out for the second time and was charged $800.00 for items that were dry cleaned that clearly are supposed to be washed and dried. Instead of the cleaner contacting me for clarification they chose to dry clean undergarments, pajamas, baby clothes, and towels. This is absolutely ridiculous and obvious ill intent from the cleaner, I will not be using this service again. After reaching out to customer service I was told the white bag I had received from my first clean was a dry cleaning bag and that’s why it was charged as such. The lack of communication is absurd on the cleaner’s part. If I had known prior to starting the service I would have clarified that I did not want my items to be dry cleaned

BEST CUSTOMER SERVICE EVER! From each efficient text message with clear instructions to super friendly pick up and delivery staff...the process is incredibly pleasant. I newly required the service due to a malfunction with my in home washer/dryer. I appreciate how easy the process and communication is . While most contact is automated it feels incredibly personal and welcoming. My only disappointment was the size of the laundry bags that was not as clearly highlighted during the registration process. The perk intended is thst regardless of the weight if it fits on the bag it is one price- unlike most other services that charge per pound. I mistakenly expected a standard laundry bag size but the bags are more compatible to a standard gym bag. Hence, it costs more than I anticipated. Fortunately the experience was so pleasant I would use Rinse again, but with more clarity of the limitations. Great service!

Rinse does an excellent job. Everything comes back clean and folded nicely. Their response time is quick, and pick-ups/drop-offs are always as scheduled. Very professional. I highly recommend!

chronic illness lifesavers. when I get flare up and get super sick and can't do any tasks around the house, these people show up and they're angels. a lil pricey but it's very worth it for the peace of mind. plus, you get to keep the nice bags the provide!! I used one as a suitcase once, it was fab! ty, rinse <3
