Richfield Monuments made our baby’s stone and it turned out so beautiful. Rick is very talented and they pay a lot of attention to detail.

No high pressure sales tactics. They work with you to create any design you want. They do a lot of custom artwork design also.

Their biggest priority is making sure that customers are happy with their monument.

Would definitely recommend them if you’re needing a headstone.

I would highly recommend Richfield Monument. I lost my daughter in 1984 and my daughter lost her daughter in 2018. We wanted to bury them together. They helped us design a headstone that we could put both names on it turned out perfect. She lost a son in 2018 so they helped us with another one. They are friendly, easy to work with and prices are great!

Our experience with Richfield Monuments was great. Katie was patient and super kind and was easy to communicate with. She worked with our budget and was so helpful. We never felt rushed to make a decision. The headstone was for our son and we changed our minds on the look a few times. We wanted it to be perfect and it turned out great!

Great service! They were fast, friendly, kind and helped me get the perfect marker for my mom with the budget I had. Oh and super easy! I ordered it during the winter. They let me know right up front that it wouldn't be placed on my mom's grave until the ground thawed. What a wonderful surprise when I received a text with pictures of my mom's marker placed on her grave! And much sooner then I anticipated! Richfield Monuments did a beautiful job on my mother's headstone, as well as two dog headstones. They worked with me being picky on the custom artwork until we got it just right. They also got it installed on time even with crazy weather. Thank you so much Rick and Katie! You guys are wonderful!
