I am so glad that I used ReTotes for my move! Rita is amazing and such a great person to work with. I love how much thought she put into the design of the totes. She also gives you some good tips and tricks when she drops them off. Rita is also very flexible - I ended up needing 5 more totes for my move (I think I was using too much padding in mine, you don't need a ton when you're using the totes). I sent her a text and she happened to be in the city with 5 extra totes that day! So she swung by and dropped them off for me. Everything from ordering, to drop-off, to pick-up is very easy.

In terms of the totes: they're awesome. So much better than using a cardboard box. You can fill them to the brim since you don't have to worry about them bursting. Now I know you don't have to use as much padding because the ReTote protects the contents inside better than a cardboard box does. They are deep, and they fit a ton of stuff. I didn't have many things that couldn't fit in the totes - just larger pieces of framed art and my bowl-lift KitchenAid, which is very tall. I love that the totes stack nicely on top of each other when packed, and then nest in each other when you unpack them. I rented 35 totes for my 1-bedroom apartment, but again, I probably could have gotten away with my original 30 if I didn't wrap each piece of my glassware in eight layers of packing paper.

I'm hoping I don't need to move any time soon, but I will happily recommend ReTotes to my friends!

I’m so glad I found ReTotes for my move. Can’t recommend Rita and her company enough! I used 35 crates for a 2 bedroom move. The movers I hired quoted me 5 hours for the move but it only took 2.5 hours (thanks to the crates). ReTotes saved me money and cut my move time in half! I received a text one hour and ten minutes before crate drop off and pick up. It was so easy and stress free! Rita is so nice and professional. I’m never buying moving boxes again. Highly, highly recommend!

I'm so happy with my experience using ReTotes for my recent move. The crates and dollys made the process so efficient - no time wasted building boxes, the nesting crates didn't take up a lot of space while packing/unpacking, the dollys were a huge help with moving my furniture, and I didn't have a bunch of waste/recycling to deal with once unpacked. Also, scheduling the pick up and drop off was so smooth and convenient. Rita was incredibly friendly and communicative throughout the entire process. I highly recommend working with ReTotes - this was the least stressful move of my life!

Rita and ReTotes made our move so much easier! The bins are sturdy and super easy to carry or stack, and their recommendation for how many was spot on! They are the perfect size - not too big that you're going to make them too heavy but still big enough that most everything that we wanted to put in them fit. And the cherry on top was that we had a deadline to unload them, so no forgotten boxes in our garage to find years from now! 😅

10/10, will definitely use ReTotes again the next time we move!

This boxes made my recent move so much easier. The boxes are incredibly sturdy, they stack very easily, and with the included trolleys they are easy to move around.

A huuuuge plus is how nice, and flexible the owner (Rita) is. The customer service is beyond fantastic!

Fantastic product and service for a reasonable rate! We were left hanging after other suppliers were unable to fill our order. Wished we would have found ReTotes first! Rita was especially helpful in working to get us crates ASAP. Would highly recommend and use again.

For reference, crates easily hold a 15lb terrier + 8lb chihuahua 😉. Also great for moving plants, perfectly fit plastic flat for 4" plants.

Rita was a pleasure to work with and so kind. I enjoyed the clear communication for drop-off and pick-up, which is especially nice during a stressful time such as moving. The totes themselves held incredibly well and were praised by my movers. The labels were great and very helpful. The included zip-ties to lock the boxes was a neat idea, too, although I didn't need to use them. Thank you ReTotes!
