Just Bad overall- driver did not stop and said dumpster was blocked. It was not, as we made sure because we needed a dump. When the driver just drove by us, we called and were told that the driver would come back or come on Monday- neither happened. We had to haul trash away to another dumpster. We asked for credit form the "customer service" department, but just like the first phone call- we received an attitude when we asked to be emailed a conformation and we were told that they would not do that, it was not necessary. There is no direct number and no way to get in touch with the manager-supervisor. Trash company with trash results... at least in this market.

If I could give this place 0 stars, I absolutely would! I've had so many problems with missed pick ups that I shouldn't even be charged full price at this point. Not to mention, this last time, my neighbor's and mine trashcans were put out early, right beside each other. Their trash was emptied on the scheduled Wednesday (which is rare), yet it's Friday, and my trashcan is still full, sitting by the road. I've called for the second time this afternoon.

I thought "unlikely, but maybe I forgot to pay". Nope, paid on time. They are just as incompetent as they are unprofessional. I don't know if it's the office or the drivers.

At this point, I'm ready to petition Talladega County to seek other trash contractors because Republic Services is definitely not worth the (doubled as of 2023) rate of service.

Damaged my curb weeks ago and its been like pulling teeth trying to get anything done. I keep calling and I’m told you will be contacted in 1-3 business days n I get nothing or I’ve been told we we called left you a voicemail. I will have no missed calls and my voicemail isn’t even set up. If I could give zero stars I would. Stay away from this joke of a company!

I have used Republic services for over 18 years. They’re are reliable and honest. If I ever needed emergency hauls they’ll make arrangements to give service as soon as they can. The staff Reginald Isaac ,Christa Frames , and Robin McBurnette are people you can count on to get the job done. Quick responses and problem solving are one of the many qualities the staff and all employees of Republic Services. If they can’t solve it they’ll try to fix it to keep their customers happy. I will recommend Republic services to all and anyone.

It is without question the sorriest trash pickup company ever,you name it ,they have done it or not done it ,they pushed over my container and just left it laying right there. I complained about it and nothing was ever done about it. They won't stay in business for long. They just don't care .I wish I could give them a minus 10.

Republic Services is one of the most reliable businesses that I deal with on a daily basis. Robin McBurnett as the Customer Service Rep for our company, knows her job well, reacts quickly to our needs, and is also very thoughtful and kind. Reggie Isaac who coordinates pickups of commercial/industrial waste containers is very helpful and does his best to accommodate our very flexible hauling schedule. I recommend Republic Services on the highest level!

I have removed service. Yet republic has billed me for 3 months of service that I have not used them. I changed service because the new representative system uses a call center based format from a local office. The call center never resolves my problem. To clarify once my rep went from Robin to Charles Davis I got very poor service. At that time I decided to cancel service and go with a local company. Once I canceled service my rep has not fixed my billing errors. Corporate says they have emailed Charles to fix the errors but has not fixed them. At this point the time is greater than 2 work days trying to resolve this problem. My advice would be to switch to another local company that has better billing practices and prices as I have.
