Without the manager Lori, this place would not be as amazing. It certainly the basic standard rent a space storage facility. But clearly the manager knows very much how to treat people. From the time that I walked in and just had a conversation with her, from the time that I signed a contract and all the other times, she is respectful and does her job with great integrity. He walked me to check things out and pick the right location. I was very pleased with how she treated me. I have a nice location and it's a standard unit. There's no temperature control and even on cold days it can get a little warm in the unit. People are genuinely nice and there doesn't seem to be any issues or problems with anything at this location. I am very happy and satisfied and plan to stay. I will recommend to others. They're affordable and I have a lot of respect for Lori.

Friendly, fast, and efficient. She helped me rent a unit in less than 20 minutes. Explained how things worked and got me on my way without any hassle. Pleased overall and excellent pricing as well.

Well from the start the manager was more than helpful to make sure my needs were met. She even went above and beyond to make sure I could access my unit 24-7 so that I could always get to my tools when needed even though a regular 24-7 access unit wasn't available. She still accommodated my needs. 5 stars all the way!!!

The front desk attendant, Lori, was patient and understanding of my situation. She was punctual and knowledgable of the units. I rented a second unit that I didn’t end up needing and the process to cancel the unit and get a refund was quick and easy. Great staff!

Actually there wasn't much to the experience. The rental and move in were a breeze. Easy to use software to rent the space. Any questions were easily and quickly answered by the very friendly staff on hand. The space is clean and sized perfectly. Move in and done!

Property manager was extremely polite when he called. He showed concerns on my unit not being locked yet and asked if I had started moving in. After clarifying that I had not moved anything in, he expressed relief, knowing that I hadn't lost my items. He offered a lock at a discount and explained the protection provided by the facility. Again, he was very polite and professional. I feel like I chose the right place to store my belongings.

I've had storage units for the past 10 years now I've rented from places in other states and several places here in Virginia and by my experiences the office manager at the rent a space named Joshua went above and beyond his duties to help me make sure that I was taking care of anytime I would call and have any type of issues or even just questions Joshua was readily available to help me and always did more than his job duties could require I would recommend rent a space to any body that I knew the customer service their own point with everything more than friendly always ready to help and available and I appreciate that more than anything else. In this day and age and so many people do things online and huge companies are taking over it's hard to find that customer service that we used to have but with this place they still believe in helping the customer.
