Items shipped arrived broken and missing pieces. Company refuses to refund and in addition wants me to contact the receiving company in Dominican Republic for them to resolve issue. I hope people don’t use them to ship their items ….terrrible service!!!!

Staff are not that friendly and i use this company many times and they were good but now lately on my last 3 shipments i have been missing a lot of things from the boxes. I emailed them to put in a complaint and never received a feedback. Not fair that i work so hard to send food and clothing to orphans kids in My country and they end up missing…. I will never send anything again!!!!!loosers

Horrible! No call backs! No help! Shipped a package with them, and it was received torn, clothes burned and food ripped open. Made a claim about 5 months ago and still no confirmation.

I am very upset, I recently sent 3 boxes to the Dominican Republic with this company and I had a lot of missing items. When I called to report them, the employee who answered the phone told me to leave the information and they will get back to me. They never did and I left several messages for the owner to no avail, he never called me back to hear my complaint, I will never send anything else with them and I will tell everyone I know my experience.

My parents used them all the time, I had to use them, and they must have changed from when I was younger. they are very unprofessional.. they did not use to be that way. plus the employees just stand around mocking people passing on the street(its kind of embarrassing), that should give you a heads up that using their service wont be an improvement.... very unprofessional, service.

plus, the last time a family member other than me shipped something to DR, an oven, It got to DR damaged. broken knobs, dented on the side. it had to be repaired so it was like paying twice.

We recently used this company to ship a few household items to the Dominican Republic. They are very unprofessional. We were told that once the items were shipped and clear customs they would call us to arrange delivery. We waited for almost a month and no call. When I contacted their office in Queens NY the 2 secretaries I spoke to were rude and had no explanation. But they were very quit to charge me extra money. I wouldn’t recommend them.
