I'm a business owner. I understand good service. Regency has been wonderful to manage my rental house for the past 2 plus years. I don't have the time to do it myself and needed someone that would make it work for me. Sometimes I forget I have a rental it's so easy. Jeff has found great renters and he cares about them as much as he does me. He has even helped me know what my expectations of a Landlord should be so that I can have a great experience. He is a no stress property manager. I recommend him over and over.

I contracted Jeff to manage my rental property in Clinton, Utah in 2007. My job took me away from time to time and I didn't want to hassle with the usual problems associated with owning a rental. For sure, Jeff has managed the property in an exemplary manner. From screening renters to handling maintenance issues with the property, to collecting the rent, I have never had reason to doubt his decisions or competence...he has never let me down: I trust Jeff...you should too!

Jeff Clifford and his Regency Real Estate Group have managed my former home as a residential rental property in an upscale Ogden, Utah neighborhood for several years now. I live out of state on the East Coast and can only get to Utah once or twice a year. I am very satisfied with Jeff's exemplary total operation from keeping it rented with top quality(no problem) tenants to responding to their needs and informing/advising me as to my options in a very timely manner--then quickly implementing my decisions. His(and his very competent staff's) expertise is vital to me as the neighbors are my friends and maintaining their property value(and mine) is important to me. I have known Jeff for about 15 years now. I own several properties and have worked with over 10 property management companies and have owned a property management company.
Jeff is by far the most honest, hard working and honorable property manager I know. Others may charge a 5-8% monthly rate but up-charge on travel fees, service fees, and things as little as changing light bulbs. Jeff Only charges for major items, takes care of little things at no cost -(something a DR, Attorney or other would bill you for that takes 10-15 minutes - he does for free). Jeff also has great relationships with people around town and will quickly rent the home to a good tenant at a fair price... Trust me that a bad tenant who pays more will cost a lot more in the long run. Thanks Jeff for your integrity, hard work, honesty and high customer service.

I do not recommend anyone doing business with Regency. Most of the good compliments seem to have come from owners of the property who contracted with Jeff. These people do not get to see the bad side of things, I think they hardly know the truth of how he is as a person. I guess if it is that type of business that you are doing with him then you might ok considering the comments. If it is anything else other wise, do not rent from them. Service is horrible. I hated calling in just because he was so rude. Never gives direct answers, skates around lies or just giving any answers to get you off. I only hope to get someone else each time when I called in. He doesn't return phone calls and he only likes to text. Text is fine but he doesn't reply right away, especially when there is urgency needed. The people that they send out to fix problems never shows up. I always felt like there were some sort of discrimination due to race/ethnicity because of the poor unethical treatment. When we finally moved out. We were accused of damaging and not cleaning everything out. Luckily, I kept all proof just because I felt they were so scandalous, we were able to get all our money back. The worse thing about this property management was the inconvenient of having to go into the office every month to pay rent, and it HAD to be a money order or certify check. Way way way inconvenient.
