Avoid this taxi service if possible. Unreliable. Called a week ahead of time to schedule a ride, I was told they would call me back with an estimate but they never did. I had to call back twice before I got a price. Finally I was told that my ride was confirmed and they would be able to pick me up by the time I specified. The day I was Scheduled to be picked up, I called 15 minutes before to confirm that I was ready. The person I talked to had no idea what I was talking about and had no record of my appointment but they said they would have someone out to pick me up in 15 minutes. I waited 20 minutes and still no cab so I called back and was told that my cab should’ve been there by now. The person on the phone said they would figure out what was going on and call me right back. I waited another 15 minutes and still no cab and no call back. I called back again, this time I was told that there were no cabs in the area and that it would almost 2 hours before I could get a ride and that it was going to cost almost double the price I was quoted. I told them that wasn’t going to work but they said there was nothing they could do. I am now trying my way at hitchhiking, wish me luck!

I was picked up promptly, and as I use crutches, I was provided w/ curbside drop off and pick up, the driver was courteous and friendly, even assisted me with my shopping at each store I visited! Couldn't have asked for better service! Recommend them highly!
