The human side is a positive experience. Customer service is great. Checkout process was totally easy. Took all of 5 minutes. Very friendly and helpful.
My big complaint, and the reason we left, was 3 rate increases in two years. They're still offering an intro rate, but our rate increased by $80 over the course of 2 years. Seems like you'd want to keep long term customers by trying to keep rates low. Ah well, they make their decisions, I make mine.

I like this storage facility. Mike is great. Always available to help and personable. On point with making sure that the units are safe and secure from people that don't belong. Prices are right and it's kept neat and clean along with a friendly staff and clean bathroom to use on the way in or out if needed.

Adam C. here, and these guys ROCK. Not only do they start out with lower prices than almost anyone, their staff is way above par in EVERY aspect. Friendliness, honesty, and grace. They even HAVE a young Lady named Grace who radiates her namesake through and through.

Michael, the manager is possibly one of the most helpful, understanding people I’ve met in any retail establishment, ever…

And Cathy, the night manager could have had every reason to be ornery with me one night when rain and personal obstacles put me there PAST closing (and probably her bedtime), and she was still very cordial and extremely helpful.

This is not to blow smoke at them, nor to encourage rule stretching—only to express gratitude on this here Thanksgiving day.

Hope the entire staff is enjoying bounty and gratitude today as well.

Fairly quickly after reserving (not even paying yet) a unit, I received a call was able to set a date to come in and get shown around and finalize the renting of the unit. They were extremely helpful and friendly. Multiple times on site I observed them driving around the property to ensure everything was in order. The costumer service definitely made this experience much better. I was very impressed with Redwood Self Storage

It's very welcoming, the environment they portrayed is very friendly and very easy too get along with. they are willing too even work with you if you are late on your fees. The guy was very detailing on the storages he was very kind he drove me drove us around on a golf cart showing us the different storage units even if I can work out a very very fair price for us too that is very very exciting and I'm easy to work as I can just say this at the end that this place is definitely the best storage place I've ever experienced in my life.
